Hotel San Martin

When I arrived there were no rooms available, the receptionist had a malicious attitude, it is a hotel that shows one thing on networks and when I arrived it is a very different one with dirty and poorly organized areas, when I was going to leave, as if by magic a room appeared, When I went to see it, it was in worse condition than anything I had seen. At the entrance there was a leak of water that filled the entire hallway, having to walk through the water and to get in I had to move two mattresses that were in the middle of the room. the door, when I was able to open the door the interior was in terrible condition in the end we had to leave, very upset I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and the rental platforms should be more aware of this since they are offering us something that not even they know how This is the quality, I made this reservation through TRIVAGO which directed me to EXPEDIA. GREAT PLACE, GREAT CONDITIONS *TRIBAGO AND EXPEDIA I SUGGEST YOU CHECK THE STATUS OF THE HOTELS SINCE I DID NOT EVEN HAVE A ROOM AND THEY HAD CHARGED ME FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT WHAT THEY ARE OFFERING ON THEIR PLATFORMS *

La ubicación es de lo mejor y el precio, pero si necesita un buen mantenimiento.

No respetan las reservaciones pésimo servicio

Horrible atención , groseras las recepcionistas y cero profesionalismo en sus reservaciones y la disponibilidad de sus cuartos , nunca regresaré y no lo recomiendo

En las fotos de la propiedad sale con aire acondicionado y las 2 habitaciones nos dieron ventilador.

LA HABITACION EN MUY MALAS CONMDICIONES, PARECE SER QUE NO HAY MANTENIMIENTO, LA LLAVE DEL BAÑO CASI SE CAE DE VIEJA, LAS PAREDES SIN PINTURA, EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO SE APAGABA, HAY CHINCHES, Y REPORTAS TODO ESO Y LA RECEPCION SE MOLESTA, NO VOLVERIA A ESE HOTEL DE VERDAD MUY MALO

No está tan bien el internet si no sales ala recepción no agarra

El pero lugar para hospedarse. No recomendable.

La habitación esta muy deteriorada, las puertas en mal estado, así como los muebles, los colchones desgastados y duros, las almohadas por igual. el ventilador trabajaba a medias, el servicio de limpieza lo fueron a hacer ya hasta por la tarde cuando ya estábamos en la habitación. No había contactos suficientes (únicamente 2) Lo que me agrado fue que pude dejar mi auto a la puerta de la habitación

No respetan las reservaciones por Expedia, te dan la habitacion que quieren y te niegan alargar estancia.. dicen que ya avisaron a Expedia que no tienen habitaciones y siguen vendiendo y que ellos no se hacen responsables de tus reservas a traves de dicha plataforma. Muy mala actitud y trato de una (señora mayor) recepcionista durante el check in, nada amable, muy grosera y prepotente. La ubicacion del hotel es buena y el acceso a los servicios cercanos es bueno. En cuanto a la limpieza de la habitacion bien, solo el baño muy deteriorado, sin tapete y la puerta de la regadera rota, falta limpieza y amenidades. No tiene alberca. Si tiene estacionamiento. La estructura en general sin mantenimiento. Si lo que buscas es solo ir a dormir esta bien, si quieres mas comodidad no lo recomiendo.

Las recepcionistas atienden de muy mal humor

Las instalaciones muy viejas feas y sucias, no le dan mantenimiento, el ventilador no sirve, el baño no cuenta asiento, las cortinas rotas, no sale agua caliente, lo bueno que está cerca del malecón y hay estacionamiento aunque igual de sucio pero cuentan con el

Mejorar el clima de algunos cuartos, ya que hace mucho calor y se vuelve complicado dormir.

Llegué el día de la Resevacion y no me dejaron entrar por qué según no había reservación a mi nombre, fui victima de estafa en afán de comunicarme con Expedia y terminé pagando otro hotel por lo que requiero reembolso de estas Resevacion la cual no ocupé por falta de acceso en el hotel

No tenía clima solo un ventilador que ni aire aventaba

No se ve como en las fotos, muy deteriorado y la cama se veia sucia y en mal estado

Está horrible hay hasta chinches porque todo Pica

Necesita mantenimiento, la ubicación es excelente, hay tiendas restaurantes cercanos, tiene estacionamiento, en general por el precio está bien.
