Great location close to downtown so you can walk to the main historic attractions. The 2 bedroom we stayed was perfect to accommodate a family of five. Rooms are large and beds comfortable. I liked they have water for the guests on the hallways so easy to fill your thermos after a day of walking.

The cleaning person poured some sort of body gel or hair shampoo (the administrator of the hotel would not know what it was) in an oral electrolyte bottle which was the same kind and color of the oral electrolytes we had been drinking and had bottles of in the room. My daughter took a big sip of the soap thinking it was one of our electrolyte bottles. I am adding pictures below. It is such a dangerous and scary practice! It could have been any other more harmful chemical! We had to call poison control. Thank goodness, my daughter was ok, just nauseous and vomited a couple of times but it could’ve been a more serious accident! The administrator of the hotel never followed up on this as requested by me.

It was in a great location. They were close to the zocolo in the central histórico district. There was off street parking that was safe and secure. For the bad, there was no air conditioning which I knew about however I was supposed to have a ceiling fan. Only had a pedestal fan that was loud. Also our only window was to the enclosed courtyard so it never cooled off even though the night temperature was in the low 50s. I left our window open for some ventilation, but the noise from the courtyard kept waking me up. Got several mosquito bites to show for it.

Very good value. Easy to walk to everything in el centro. Friendly, responsive, helpful staff. Decent restaurant for BF and lunch inside, lots of restaurants within a few blocks. Spacious, 2-doubles room with large bathroom, good AC, and lots of windows. Only drawback is there is no night darkening blind on a small floor-to-ceiling window that lets in lots of light at night. Two large winfows have blinds. Strange situation.

Everything about it was good. Helpful staff, spotless rooms, first class coffee to be had 24 hours a day, and location was amazing in city center. Great restaurants in area also. They also have a restaurant that is very good.
