Hotel Villa Fontana

Clean room, good location, friendly staff

Checkin was flawless. There is coffee at the lobby as well as purified water. Room was very clean. Ample bathroom. Located downtown.

I am use to the photos being from good angles to only show the best parts. But their photos are down right lies. I was not upset that the towels were not animals. But this is not even close to the type of hotel to have anything fancy. The fountain in their photo is not at the hotel and i have no idea where that fountain is. The "parking available" is just driving around the bock looking for street parking. This hotel is a step below a Motel 6 or the sort of travel log you stay at only because you are too tiered to drive any farther.

Great receptionist. Very friendly and efficient. Room was large with a king and a double bed. Bathroom spotless, good shower with hot water and good flush. AC excellent. Location was good with about a 10 minute walk to the oceanside boardwalk (malecon). Good restaurants nearby. I would stay again. Good price.

The service was so nice with us the Hotel is simple but have everything in a good condition.

The staff was incredible.. from check in to check out.. absolutely WONDERFUL.. housekeeping as well. I will ALWAYS stay there when I come to town! Fabulous staff!!

This was my first time at this hotel. I thought, maybe I'll give it a shot. When we arrived, we got our rooms and I notice there was a roach under the corner of the bed. >.< I also felt warm in the room, thought maybe the AC isn't low enough. I charged the setting and it didn't make much of a difference. There's also the wifi that wasn't working as good; and this is with the modem literally right outside the door. Then there's also customer service. We had to ask for a soap bar at the front desk just for them to let me know they don't have. Thankfully, I brought my body wash. Now, when leaving the hotel to go get lunch, we noticed there were 3 rooms that were being cleaned. Each with a soap bar on the side of the bed. We were basically lied to, over soap!? We asked again just to be lied to again for not having any soap bars when we passed 3 rooms with them on the bed. It's sad to have such customer service along with the other things listed. I really wanted to like this hotel. But I now understand why the price is low.

I booked and paid for two separate rooms, The desk insisted that I had booked one room for two people. I had to book another room in desperation. The hotel is spotless!

Clean, staff was helpful. Street parking, rooms a little small but for 2 people will be ok. Walking distance to the restaurant zone.

Bery bad internent . Toilets plugged up. This is a dated hotel and there s many hotels close to there that are nice and the same price or cheaper. The staff was ok but most do not speak english .and no english t v my hitel was dissapointing at best

Budget stay. Hotel is located on a second floor above a convenience store called OXXO. Good for the price, be prepared to carry your luggage on a steep staircase. Add picture has nothing to do with the property.

Fair price for one night stop. Highly recommend cafe across road.
