The hotel was a good budget friendly option. It was clean and in a good location.

The air condition don't work

Bring your own towels. Our room wasn't clean and the property in general is in disrepair.

Staff was good. The room was clean. Towels and sheets could of been better, as well as the shower hot water was temped at warm at best. Overall a decent value for short trips

Everything was great with the exceprion of the bed sheets and towels; they need new ones.

They were welcoming when my booking with vrbo fell through. Unfortunately parking on the street across the hotel our vehicle was towed, no no-parking sign.

The room was nice and the hotel was clean but the location was a bit far from the activities.

I booked this hotel after doing multiple others across Mexico and this was not a good experience. First of all, the shower was cold and the receptionist didn’t offer to change us to another room after explaining that it happens in some of the rooms of the hotel. I had to take 2 cold stone showers. Bed was small but ok. Sheets were really slim and no option to have something more blankety. Privacy is horrible as the house keeping lady entered the room WITHOUT knocking on the door in the morning before check out time while we were intimate in the bed ! Had been traveling in a lot of country including one where the living standard is kinda poor like Haiti or Zimbabwe and this was one of the most uncomfortable place I’ve ever been so far.

I had to pay more at the table.

My stay was excellent. I just wish they would give you a towel in better condition

I loved the room and location. It is next to essentials and the touristy area. The only thing i didnt like was Zumba at the park every other day at 7:39AM PST/7:30PM PST that wakes you up in i think whatever room you’re in . Had to eat out everyday because the fridge is very small and no microwave (not sure if they have rooms with bigger fridge and microwaves/cooking areas. The restaurant downstairs is good. It is about 11-15$USD/order with a drink

Most rooms were very clean. Some rooms had low pressure hot water, Some were normal. Tile flooring made it sound like a dormitory

Booked a following reservation. Left my stuff in the room. They booked another client in my room and left my stuff in the room. Then I had to pick up my stuff and go to another room. They found a client to pay $5 more. All the headaches it caused me..for $5.

Decent location. Clean. Nice bed. Clean shower. Everything works like it should. Nice cafe below too...:)
