The staff there are super friendly. They kept our luggage’s in their room because our flight got delayed and called us taxis since we didn’t want to get scammed. It’s right next to a mall and starbucks/restaurants. And even better, a Walmart! I believe this hotel is affordable and convenient for anyone.

It’s centrically located in centro Cancun.
There’s a Walmart next door which’s very convenient.
Rooms are clean and recently renovated.
There’s no fridge in the room and for me was a little inconvenient since I had no way to store my insulin injections.
There’s no iron in the room either.
Other than that the staff was very professional and attentive.

Great stay, but the door to the hallway was to thin so I could hear everyone coming in and out of the elevator. But other than that it was a wonderful stay

The hotel is pretty descent, only thing I didn’t like it the access card issue to enter the room, in 3 days I faced access issue at least 3 times.
