Really good location and well kept.

The hotel is walkable to the centro, restaurants and shopping we were very happy and comfortable. FYI no safe in rooms. We pre-purchased the breakfast it was worth it if you don't want to walk or figure out were to eat.

El servicio es bueno solo tuvimos un inconveniente la ama de llaves entró a las 9 am sin tocar se reportó con el front desk

Sucio el baño. Pocas amenidades, internet lento. Y con poca actitud positiva, los empleados.

Very close to the historical center of Puebla. Many good restaurants and cafes nearby. Fast elevator. Gym lacks air con but doesn't get insufferably hot. The room has an alcove with a large shelf where you can easily and comfortably open your suitcase instead of having to open it on the floor. One negative here: although this is a modern hotel, it lacks a laundry room for guests. The closest laundromat is a 15 minute walk away and is quite busy due to lack of public laundromats in the vicinity.

The location of the property was excellent, easy to walk to and from the historic center. Lots of shopping places. Wish they had a parking included in the price

Property was very nice. The room is on the smaller size but not really an issue. Conveniently located walking distance from the Zocalo.

Very pet friendly

If you are looking for a super affordable option for a solid 4 stars almost in core downtown Puebla this is your option. Distance: Is convenientely located just steps from a couple of the main avenues and only a 10-15 mins walk to the main plaza (Cathedral etC) in Puebla city downtown. Hotel: Rooms are in agreement with the description they are not fancy yet comfortable, they have the services you might need for a short trip, love the idea they have multiple electrical outlets and usb ports for your devices, they have an in room refrigerator with basics at really afordable prices. Bathroom and shower are small but again you are not paying resort prices, this is a boutique hotel. Restaurant: We only did breakfast there, it was convenient, good taste, and reasonable efficient (we wait a little bit cause they got a massive group that morning). However you're walking distance from one of the best options for breakfast in the city "Casa Reyna". Facilities: The hotel is clean, the decoration is consistent with the concept, if anything I'd like to criticize is the lighthing arrangements in the hallways. They are set to be activated by motion sensors and those are set so far away from each other so you kind of walk in the dark (happened on my floor, 2nd floor) nothing major but a detail I'd fix. My only real complain was my room location, great view, amazing yet being on the 2nd floor in the corner of two avenues was a tad noisy. In a nutshell a great deal for your $

It is a nice and fancy looking hotel, but be aware, they want to make a business out of your stay. They charge for any request: parking, extra hour for check out, etc. It is a cool hotel but the staff look bored and I unengaged with their job.

The only problem that I have is the WIFI connection. I stayed on the 4th floor and the wifi connection is so spotty. The rest, it was a great experience!

It was ok, vanity sink had a leak somewhere and floor got wet, not nice to walk on

I was a perfect stay is really close to downtown,very safe,very clean it has a Viejo cafe restaurant which is really good I really recommend it that's my second time staying in the hotel and I love it

Me parece que la relación calidad precio es inadecuada. Tuvieron que cambiarme de habitación porque la que me asignaron inicialmente tenía las sábanas, almohadas y el cubre colchón sucio, no funcionaba una lámpara, las toallas estaban todas rotas de las orillas, se veían viejas y percudidas. En la habitación a la que me cambiaron las toallas estaban igual y tuve que pedir nuevamente que me las cambiaran. La televisión solo tiene canales de TV abierta y las puertas no se les puede poner bien el seguro. La ubicación es muy buena y eso ayuda pero creo hay mejores opciones.

Located only a couple of blocks away from the center of town. Restaurants also located near by. Hotel has a beautiful restaurant but did not get to try it. Very clean, safe and with great staff
