Initial access to the lobby is very difficult. I had to find a random guest to provide me with access to the lobby. After that issue, I loved the stay! It was a great hotel!! I would love to stay here again!!

Great place only issue is extremely cheap ok the breakfast and if u wants juice small cup u will not have 4 tiny tin slices of fruit otherwise place was amazing

We had a great time in Puebla staying in Kharma Suites. Thank you very much to Isaac, Luz, Ricardo and all others for friendly and professional service. We felt like in a family. The rooms are very spacious and very clean.

Overall it was a good experience. Weird smell upon arrival but it soon went away. Was very loud at night and early morning. Staff was very kind!
