Great place to stay and price was super good.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2 out of 5) Title: One loud night ruined an otherwise calm stay Most of my stay was relatively peaceful, but one night was completely disrupted by a group of guests partying with their doors wide open, directly across from another room that was doing the same. The noise carried throughout the hall and went on until midnight, making it impossible to relax or sleep. I reported it to the staff multiple times, but they did nothing to address the situation. There was no enforcement of quiet hours, no follow-up, and not even an apology. The rest of the nights were calm, but this one experience really stood out — and not in a good way. A little intervention from staff could’ve made a big difference.

Nice, friendly, clean place to stay close to the plaza. They have a restaurant that serves breakfast to dinner. The food was good.

Half a block from the Zocalo. Very quiet rooms. Beds were comfortable. The entire hotel was very clean. The staff was amazing at helping us with what we needed. We got to check in early because our rooms were available.

Location was great, walking distance to everything. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Great customer service.

Nice place, cold, very quiet, great natural areas to visit close by. No parking, people leave cars on the street.

The hotel and the rooms were cozy and nice, and clean. We were quite happy with it. The location of the hotel was very good as well, very central and close to the main pedestrian shopping street, but not loud at night. The problem was the sounds coming through in to the room. We could hear the creaking of the beds from the room above us, other guests talking or having calls in the common area / indoor terrace (one night a guy was singing drunk in the middle of the night after partying), each room door opening and closing, etc. We did not have the most relaxing sleep, especially when trying to get our baby to sleep. Also I think the hotel was supposed to be non-smoking (or at least we had a non-smoking room), but a few of the guests were smoking in the indoor terrace area, which was in the center of all the rooms. Meaning we had smoke coming in to our rooms whenever we opened the door to our rooms if someone was smoking in that area. It might not have been the hotel’s fault, but we had to ask the hotel to mention to guests that it’s not allowed to smoke inside. I think they should’ve put a sign that made it more clearer.

Very old building that has been well maintained. Quiet, very clean. One room had a little too much furniture in it, it felt a little cramped, the other room perfect. I will definitely come back. Awesome breakfast with delicious coffee in courtyard.

From my point of view, the unique disadvantage was the parking lot, the hotel doesn’t have a parking in the same building. We needed to drive 4 blocks to left the cars and it was needed to left the car’s Key.

The hotel was wonderful. It is a great location, half a block from the town square and close to many restaurants. The rooms were small but very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly, and they always greeted us when we returned. When we needed to find transportation to the airport, the staff contacted a company and reserved it for us. The restaurant is delicious!

the location could not have been better. everything is no more than 5 to 10 minutes walking. totally safe in the surrounding area. night life and bars close by. the surrounding town square/plaza is about 50 meters away along with churches and look outs not much further. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the room was clean loads of space and beautifully decorated. all in all a very comfortable 3 days here. the town is a must stop destination in mexico. this hotel is also not to be missed
