Oleo Cancun Playa All Inclusive Resort

Oleo was beautiful. The staff were great. We even saw the mariachis perform during dinner. I love how accessible everything was and how close the buses ran. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family in the future!

Overall a great experience, lacked privacy as in pushy staff and the food was very subpar. Other than that, we definitely enjoyed the stay!

Oleo Cancun was such a great choice! I picked this hotel based on the reviews—and they were spot on. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the beach? Absolutely stunning. I traveled with my husband and our two kids, and from the moment we arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs—whether it was keeping our drinks full, checking in to see if we needed anything, or just making sure we were comfortable the whole time. Yes, the hotel is on the smaller side and a bit older, but honestly, that wasn’t a deal breaker. I’ve stayed at large, fancy resorts where the food was disappointing and the staff felt cold. Oleo Cancun was the complete opposite. They greeted us with a bottle of champagne in our room, kept the mini bar stocked daily, and even surprised me with a birthday cake in our room. It was such a thoughtful touch! They were also super accommodating with a late check-out, which gave us extra time to enjoy the beach before heading to the airport. One of my favorite parts? The poolside events! They had paella, BBQ, tacos, and even seafood right by the pool—including ceviche, which many all-inclusive resorts don’t offer. It made every day feel like a little celebration. Overall, Oleo Cancun gave us a beautiful, relaxing, and truly memorable vacation. Highly recommend! I will be coming back. What a great stay.

Small resort with the best beach ever. Great food and service. Amenities are not luxurious but met my expectations for the price. Great place to stay if you do not like huge resorts.

Resort is exactly as advertised. Affordable, simple, clean, and the views are beautiful. The staff was lovely! I really enjoyed my stay here. Would recommend.

Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Room was cleaned and mini fridge restocked every day. The guy who dealt with excursions was helpful with getting us the day trips planned. Turtles came onto the beach every night we were there to lay eggs! It was really cool. As far as transportation, there is a bus that stops right next to the resort that takes you to all the main areas. Buses will also stop at your resort and you just wait in the lobby if you have an excursion planned through the resort. Great food and overall quiet pool with great drinks.

My wife and I thought the room was very nice and clean and the view was spectacular also the food choices were very broad and veryeah well prepared and the staff From the reception to the pool area and everything in between was very nice and professional.

My family was extremely happy staying at Oleo, from first impression when Alberto and Diego made out check in experience one of the best. Every day we ran into our friendly faces host Mariano, Antonio the bar tender, Gerry, alexis. The rooms were too notch views. Extremely clean. You won’t regret it

I went here with my wife on our honeymoon. We like that the property was a small boutique resort which laid the foundation for an intimate and quiet and fun time. We do wish that there were more selections for the restaurants however, Azul was definitely the best—serving a variety of options. We also wish that there was more events and activities that were on the resort, especially in the evening hours for people who did not want to leave the resort. We enjoyed accessibility to room service (24/7) staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. We love the quick access to the beach as well as the pool. Something that was frustrating was the phone constantly disconnecting from our room making access to room service difficult at times.
