Everything was good on the hotel, except the towels. they were ripped and old. they were not somethin that i would dry myself with, so I had to use my own shirt to dry myself

El cuarto sucio, no me dieron el cuarto que reserve, el taxista con quien tienen un acuerdo fue pésimo no sabe usar el GPS nos perdió.el manager nunca pudimos verlo, hay un registro de inconformidad en el front desk, somos clientes de este hotel por mucho tiempo estamos desepcionados, hojala tomen carta en el asunto.

This property’s customer service level has decreased significantly since the last time I was there. My flight arrived early in the morning and the front desk attendant wanted to charge me the full rate for one night instead of a prorated rate. Also, the towels in the room were torn on all four sides. In addition, the quality of the food served for breakfast was not the best. The fruit was not fresh and seemed it was the unused fruit from the previous day. I was disappointed.
