Room booked had no hot water, had to move to another room. No window in room & no bedside table. Room was bare bones. Room overall needed updated! Loose toilet seat, no where to set things in bathroom. 2 towels ( shabby) , no hand towel or wash cloth. Pool area locked in evening & early morning. Pool not heated. Lounge chairs needed replaced. No common area to sit unless you went to lobby. Fresh Water for drinking only in lobby. Neighborhood nice. Lots of restaurants, short walk to beach. Staff ok. Restaurant upstairs very nice, decent food & AWESOME view! Overall would not stay here again unless I got nicer, updated room with balcony.

No common areas for seating, pool access hours varied each day, a little noisy in the room. Overall an average stay.

You need to work with hotels and have them clearly specify when reserving with you when room in an interior room with no outside windows. Shame on you. I have ran into this several times with you. It’s a poor reflection on hotels com. Something so simple that you can’t seem to handle.

No shampoo, hairdryer, bar fridge, safe, shelves or closet for clothes, no phone, no iron or ironing board. No room service, no bellboy.

Was very clean, but there was no hot water. It is difficult to enter with lots of luggage, you have to go on the street to enter the front doors. Signage was bad. Had to walk around to find front door. Was very noisy on 4th floor do to restaurant above.

Nice place in good location. Their pool area is not usable n needs major renovation

And it has an elevator plus the roof top Italian restaurant is excellent

A good hotel in a great location. Off of the main street so minimal traffic noise - something to be said for PV! Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Large rooms - I had a balcony. Great value for money. I'd stay here again.

Central location easy walking distance to malecon or las versailles. Road is cobbled and rough so not easy to cross. Close to main road for transport ie bus but not noisy. Staff is very nice and helpful. Building is authentic mexican vibe, clean and functional. Some rooms have kitchenette for longer stays. If you want an authentic mexican hotel, this would be a good choice. Lots of food options at your doorsstep.

Overall, this is a great location in Cinco de Diciembre. We are able to walk to many locations. There is an excellent restaurant with great view on site. Our only complaint was that we never seemed to find the time when shower was warm.

The room was a bear bones room. there was. only 2 towels no shampoo or other bathroom stuff. 2 Glases no water had to go to the lobby and get it from the dispencer there. Traffic noise was horible and the garbage truk kam every night at 2am to cleanu the trash on the street.

Check in was horrific .Rude staff. Geo was the check in lady..made it really difficult and we had to pay more for the room .Been coming there for years.. maybe never go back now.

Lovely room with an ocean view. Very well maintained. Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

room was like a jail vell, the bathroom was mold everywhere, no hotwater at all, even when the repair guy came..the hotwater still didnt work! Pool needs fixing,
