Clean room, helpful staff, quiet location, close to downtown.

The room was lovely although much bigger than we needed. We thought we had booked a king room but it ended up being more of a suite with double beds. The living area was nice but not particularly functional ~ pots and pans, plates but no flatware ~ again, not a problem as we did not need it but odd. The location was perfect and the cleaning people very responsive. Although Expedia said to work directly with the hotel (more of a condo I would say) for payment, the price ended up being about $100 more than advertised on Expedia. Not sure why but at that point we did not want to fight it.

The property was really close to downtown. The host were super helpful even late at night. I actually locked myself out of the unit and host was there to help me access the room within 5minutes. The cleaning lady is super nice and friendly… Hi Gregoooo !!! I recommend staying at agave suites 1000%

very clean and comfortable. they offered to clean the room everyday, and restocked coffee and water (huge plus). the property is gorgeous and modern. great location and cute view from terrace. would recommend this place to friends and family.

I stayed in the suite with a kitchen and I have to say I’m glad I did. With Oaxaca being a place know for good eats, at times there’s leftovers and with the microwave there it was perfect to reheat some food. Half a block away there’s a restaurant Jardon which was delicious, plus a small store to stock up the fridge. All of this is walking distance, the person to receive us also recommended a Taxi as we needed one to arrive to a wedding we attended. I would stay here again for sure, plus Super Safe!

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was an excellent location - very walkable to restaurants and attractions, but located in a well maintained area of town that was peaceful and quiet, even during the holiday week. The suite is nicely appointed and very comfortable. Our only disappointment was in not having enough pods to provide us with coffee each morning. I will definitely return and would select a room on the upper level next time for additional light. I highly recommend this property.

The property was nice and room was clean. I was just under the impression our room would have a kitchen like the pictures depicted but that was not the case. We had a very small room with two beds and a desk. Unfortunately we had issues with the wall mounted AC unit, where they were not able to get it running due to the remote was missing. They were in communication with us which I appreciate but they were only able to get us a portable unit that was very loud and took up space in the already small room we had. During the day it was very hot and felt suffocating in the room. It would give off a strong wood varnish smell in there because it was so small and air was not circulating. I do appreciate that they tried to fix the situation, however with how much we paid, it would have been nice to have bigger space and working AC.

The interior of the building and the apartment is gorgeous . Very well appointed. Beautiful wood doors and furniture. The kitchen has everything you would want and need. King size bed Large bathroom. For Mexico it’s luxury at its best. Location is perfect. Two blocks from Santa Domingo Church. Across from Parque Conzatti and one block to Parque Llano. Walking distance to Jalatlaco. Close to a great mercado and to a mini- mall. Restaurants nearby as well. Highly recommend.

The property is brand new. The owners were hospitable and communicative. Correspondence though WhatsApp but quick to respond to any questions. Modern Mexican design interiors. Fridge, stove in the kitchen. Nice bathroom.

The property is very clean and well maintained. The owners make themselves available at anytime of the day or night. The property is very centralized to downtown Oaxaca. You can walk to the museum’s, churches and restaurant's. It’s close to so many souvenir shops. Next time we are in Oaxaca, we will be staying there again.

This is REAL! it’s just very very new! Exactly like pictures so peaceful and quiet! Very safe and secure! Wonderful bed and bedding , full kitchen. Great location for walking and getting taxi ! Book this! You won’t regret it!

Excellent very good communication centrally located I did not have a coffee maker and they brought me one. I was impressed They even offered to clean my room. Only thing I suggest is for them to put the number outside the property besides that excellent stay would go there again highly recommended.

El lugar está muy cómodo y bonito incluso muy céntrico y puedes caminar a muchas partes. Lo único es que la comunicación para hacer check in fué terrible. Puse mi tarjeta de crédito al momento de reservar por expedía, pero el día del check in, yo venía viajando y no tenía señal por obvias razones, avión etc. y me mandaron un link para realizar un pago obviamente vi el link al momento de aterrizar y ya era tarde, y el link no funcionaba entonces estuvimos esperando afuera de la propiedad con un poco de miedo para ser sincera ya que no sabíamos que tal estaria la zona etc porque no podiamos entrar hasta que el pago fuera realizado. Ni Expedia ni la propiedad nos informó de esto con anterioridad. por otro lado tampoco especificaba que no era hotel. no hay lobby ni nadie que te ayude. Es mas como un airbnb cosa que esta bien, solo que que al momento de batallar no hubo nadie que pudiera ayudarnos.

Todo perfecto, La suite, la atención, la ubicación, la limpieza. Sin duda regresaría.

Executive Hotel. Good communication with the staff and a great location to explore Oaxaca. However, you need to ask the staff to clean the room and change the towels.
