Ana the receptionist was very professional, friendly make me feel welcome at the Time of check in. the other personnel at the time of check out not friendly at all. I didn't like that they didn't have a phone service to call room to room, the girls at the front desk stated that she can't call the rooms either was very inconvenient because I had an issue with my phone couldn't contact my friends we had a conflict. The security guards both were very helpful friendly and professional.

Good place to stay. Clean room close to downtown. Good for the cost to stay . Continental breakfast was ok not that good. I would stay again

Stayed here to stop driving through the night in Mexico. Made reservations ahead of time and i have a truck loaded with things to bring to my family in Mexico from the states. Parking was a big thing. Real a deal breaker for other hotels that had parking outside. There was always someone looking over the parking and no one who is staying is allowed to go inside the parking lot. I only stayed 5 hours. But, it was comfortable. Had the ac on. Showered and relaxed. Really it was a good stay. No complaints
