There bunch of noise, within the the property preventing me to get a good rest and sleep.

I know this is not easily changed, but the building had no elevator and the stairs were too narrow. It was painful and dangerous to have to go up and down with our luggage, fearing we would take a fall. The shared bathroom was reasonably clean, but a hand towel would have improved it.

Super basic, but good as far as location

Would not recommend staying here. Does not look like the pictures, property super run down and the neighborhood is super sketchy, run down and felt unsafe. It was hard to find and not well marked. We left without even staying.

There was not a elevator. I was in the 4th floor. Also the hot water does not last for long time. Noisy at night. 2 clubs around.

No waste basket in room. No screens on the windows. No hangers for clothes. No hot water in shower. Ran out of toilet paper. No elevator

Everything was great but I would recommend that they get better pillows and a bin.

i had a lay over, my flight was early in the morning.If u don’t have what’s app, that’s maybe why a few people reviews are saying no communication. I spoke through what’s app. The place don’t have AC but it was pretty cool , so i open the windows , but ended up closing them later on.The 2 bed place was really kool. If u don’t mind the clubs around there, then u will be find. It’s clubs around so of course it will be noise.Just need a better way to leave keys somewhere, bc can’t get out the building without the key. But over all the place is kool, i would stay again, only through cool seasons. I’m going back to mexico city in the morning for a few days , but i’m with my hommie & he needs AC, So we got a hotel for the second trip, But if i was by myself, i would definitely stay back.

Great communication with property managers via WhatsApp. Quiet rental in great location.

The rooms were very clean. You had to share a bathroom which was clean too. The hostess/greeter Mari Cruz was just the sweetest young lady. She is most helpful for any questions you have. The place was easy peasy and with walking distance to ALL!

As soon as I arrived I went out. The complex is inside an old building in the historic center nevertheless the street that its on feels very unsafe, some suspicious looking men gather outside the building and stare at people. Also they never pick up the phone or give you details on how to check in, I had to wait 20 min outside the wierd looking street for them to pick up the phone and let me in and once inside they took picture of my ID's and a girl came up and walked me through the wierd looking building. Once in the complex it smelled like dirty bathroom and neighbors had the TV at high volume. Also I was not given the room I reserved

We arrived late (9pm) to our reservation. There was no sign for the hotel so we wandered around in the rain a bit until a local told us to ring a bell in one of the buildings. Someone let us in so we went in to get shelter from the rain and figure out if there was someone from the hotel inside. Once again there was no signs so we looked closer at the reservation which had a phone number to call in the fine print. After calling multiple times and being put on hold for a while someone finally picked up said they couldn’t see and hung up. Calling again they picked up the phone and played music in the background without saying a single word lol. We ended up scrambling to find to a different hotel. Next day I called Expedia to cancel the reservation. They contacted the hotel and promptly canceled it, I was hoping to get a refund but no refund was issued. Overall a horrible experience, no signs, no costumer support, we had to wait in the rain and pay same day prices to stay at a different hotel with no refund from this hotel.

Horrible communication and never got to check in even after providing confirmation number and recipt. They kept my money. Had to pay for a room at another hotel. Will not be back.

Well I didn't like that I had to share the bathroom and the noise that your neighbors make day and night.
