La habitación estaba muy limpia y el personal fue muy amable

Pet friendly, clean rooms and professional staff.

The stay was awful. The electricity went out, the bathroom started overflowing, the breakfast was cold and mushy. There were cockroaches and a bad smell. I will never stay here again. Plus we were overcharged once we arrived at the hotel.

Parking is horrendous due to event center, their system was not activating room keys which made it very inconvinient to go in and out of the room ,I needed the attendant come and open my door every time I came back. There was no toiletries and towels were paper thin with no floor towel availiable for shower, very noisy place.

La alfombra estaba muy sucia, se veían las manchas a pesar de la luz indirecta de la habitación. Había un montón de cabellos en el piso, por el área del lavamanos. Había un cabello en el lavamanos, más en la regadera y hasta en la funda de la almohada. Sí necesitan ser más cuidadosos con la limpieza. En la regadera, solamente había un bote grande de algo jabonoso, sin etiqueta; trae tu propio jabón y shampoo, acondicionador, etc.

Great costumer services the staff super friendly the only little problem was that of the sheets had a red stain of what it looked like nail polished but no big deal

El servicio en la recepción es malísimo La habitación tenía un olor a humedad, el desayuno que ofrecen o estaba listo a las 7:00 am y la persona que atiende estaba en el baño y las bebidas las tenían con candado, te piden 100 pesos para el depósito de tu llave de habitación, nunca vuelvo a instalarme en ese hotel.

Wasn’t on shape to go to front desk to ask for another room, just arrived and noticed the bad smell from the bathroom/restroom. Just turned on the fan to allow the air to flow. Next morning tried to take a shower but bath was clogged, it became a pool with slippery floor. Was in the rush. I had to take a shower… is amazing they dare to rent a room like this

This hotel's listed Tel# listed on the hotel's website and tel provided by hotels.com did not work. I called from the airport; impossible to contact. I was calling for shuttle pickup. This situation was very stressful. Ended up paying $25 US for taxi. The lockbox in the room did not work; no one at the hotel could fix it. The door lock broke; they moved me to another room. The stay in general was ok. This hotel is next to a small shopping center where the is 4 restaurants and a bar. There is also a gym where if you're a guest, you can use the gym. This was very nice. The service was ok and they have a security guard in the night. All staff was very friendly. If it was not for the "no tel#" issue, this would be a good stay. I was also stressed about the room safe situation; especially no one could fix this. My room did not have a tel so I could not contact the desk. The restaurants and gym next to the hotel makes this a good stay.

Front desk was nice and checked us in quickly, room was nice and clean. Spent the day in the pool which was very clean as well. Will be back soon!
