Xcoco Inn

It was a nice place to stay for few days, I wish there was a bit more privacy for the shower! The bed top had a few stains, but over all the place was nice and the food in the cafeteria was good at a good price

loved there Restaurant downstairs ! id go for breakfast. clean rooms with AC & complimentary water bottles , the housekeeping was friendly, i gave it 4 stars only because the front desk girl though not rude she washt very friendly either, just neutral & the fact i wanted a one bed bedroom she said it wasnt available even though it was on expedia. other than that id stay here again

The restaurant especially breakfast is limited and the breakfast included which is hard bread and scrambled eggs with chiles. The room was nice but hotel was very noisey

Good hotel for one night stay

We booked this hotel for 1 night out of emergency necessity. My wife myself, and my 3 year old needed to get a hotel for the night when I opened the Expedia app I saw the Xcoco Inn pop up, and had a same night rate of only $57.00 USD/ night Needless to say I was a little skeptical booking such an inexpensive room. From the time we booked, to our arrival was only 30min. When we arrived at Xcoco Inn the parking was SUPER EASY, and the staff was very very nice. Everything was super clean, and we really really enjoyed our stay. WILL DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN!

All was going well until there was an item missing from my luggage. The food and room-service was great, the room were mostly good although no storage/closet/drawers available.

The restaurant was small but the food was delicious. I got the junior room and it was so pretty. I hated the pillows but the hot tub was perfect.

Super nice people. Upgraded my handicapped father to a larger handicapped room. Very good little restaurant. Very clean. Great price. We would definitely return!

The attention to details., beautiful bathroom. Cotton sheets, not synthetics sheets, double pane windows for noise reduction. Best place to stay during our stay in Mexico.

Great fun decor. Room was super comfortable, clean and spacious and quiet enough, even though right off a busy road. The shower was one I wish I had at home! Only about 45 minutes from the airport, so perfect for us. I highly recommend Xcoco!

The restaurant was out of almost everything for the whole visit. It's also very unclear what is included for breakfast. Also, even though most of the guests were attending the same event early in the morning, they simply would not adjust the start time for breakfast. They seemed to take pride in saying things like 'it's Sunday, we always run out of things on Sundays.' in fact the restaurant only had spaghetti with butter... Seriously? The pillows are way to big to sleep on. When we extended our stay by one day, they would not reactivate our room keys, so we had to have the maid open the room. We finally gave up on this Hotel about 5pm and left.

Hi. I spent couple nights. Really clean place

Room is big and clean. Jetted tub is awesome. Friendly welcome at check in. Very few amenities at the hotel. Breakfast has always been disappointing and the service is poor too. Breakfast is scheduled for 7:15am but on 3 occasions now we waited 20-25 minutes and the eggs were some of the worst scrambled eggs I’ve eaten.

Too much noise. Dogs barking. Not a place to relax for sure. Place smells old. Hallway rugs dirty. Not too happy.
