Wine Hotel

This hotel is OK. The room and bar area was clean and I was offered a free glass of wine which was very enjoyable. What they don't tell you is that reception is on the 4th floor and there are no lifts in the building, so you have to carry bags up anywhere from 1 to 5 levels. There is also no food available in the evenings, but several restaurants are within 10 mins walk.

One of the most hospitable and comfortable places I ever stayed at...the staff is kind and friendly and so helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable it's also a good location

Hotel was fine thanx. Only problem was that there was no water at all for a few hours.. basin or toilet.. When it finally came on again the water out of the tap was initially brown! The free glass of wine was appreciated and nice! Helpful staff. Breakfast was nice too :)

Was clean and friendly staff no kettle in the room was a let down for me

The hotel is on the 4th floor but when you ring the bell they come down if you need help with carrying up your suitcases and the same is when leaving the hotel the staff were very helpful!

Great value little place, though be warned it’s on the 4th floor!

Самое большое неудобство заключалось в отсутствии лифта и тяжелые чемоданы пришлось тащить вверх на 3 этаж по лестнице. Также скрипящая заедающая дверь в душевую кабину и совершенно неудобный унитаз. Все остальное вполне соответствовало статусу 3 звезд.

It's a nice little unqiue place. A bit outside the city center compared to other hotels, but also a pretty quiet area and not TOO far out if you are accustomed to a lot of walking. Only real issue is being on the 4th floor with no elevator - staff helps with luggage, but if you have to run back upstairs because you forgot something and the taxi is coming...

For a budget hotel, the rooms are modern and nicely decorated. However, I would recommend this hotel with caution to others. My room was tiny and barely suited one person e.g. access to the bed was from one side only. I often stay away from the centre, but this was a considerable walk and for most of that walk there were no cafes, restaurants etc - you were just walking along a main road (it felt safe enough but this was a long and boring walk with little in the immediate area...indeed, as they don't serve food, the restaurants recommended by the hotel are quite some distance away too). The service was ok but hardly charming and helpful; there was no offer to call taxis or assist with the area etc., nobody mentioned the free daily wine and I felt like I was being told to get out ASAP on check-out day rather than simply being told their check-out time was noon (conversation at 10am went something like: 'you're leaving today; when are you going?' 'you can sit in the cafe area until 12 if you like'...). The evening staff were much kinder but the day staff, particularly an older man, generally just stared when you walked out your room etc. rather than greeting you even with a smile! Left luggage was in the open in the cafe-bar, which wasn't ideal and v. unusual! The breakfast was awful - someone cares about it but the quality of ingredients was really low and there was no cold water/juice. Not the worst place I have stayed by a long shot, but I wouldn't choose this hotel again

Love that you get a glass of wine each day during your stay! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicer than I expected for the price. All the basic modern facilities one would need in hotel. And the shower was fantastic.

Great property. Continental Breakfast and an evening glass of wine are a nice touch and builds interest into the regions vineyards. Only negative is climbing four floors of stairs at the end of a long day of business.

It is a basic room by Americian standards; but it's clean and modern for Chisinau. You are just minutes away walking from some very good restaurants. The wine bar is incredible; you receive a free glass of wine a day. The staff is very helpful and speak several languages.

The positives: Very friendly staff and willing to help with information and airport transfers. Room is a good size. Nice breakfast. Welcoming reception. Location is convenient, just a short walk to restaurants, shops, atms... The negatives: Located on the 4th floor and no elevator which was "fun" with all the luggage and injured ankle. Strong smell of cigarettes in what was meant to be a non smoking room. Other guests screaming until late night which made rest before our 3am check out impossible.

The manager Victoria was very helpful and considerate and assisted me with transportation from and back to the airport. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the center. It is in a quiet neighborhood and the room was comfortable. Highly recommended! Loved the welcome drink... wine of course!

Nice new hotel, about 1.5km from the City Centre, it is served by bus 7, bus 10 from the city centre, so only 2 MDL to get into the city, but we walk it. There are some restaurant next to the hotels too.

Good: 1. Reasonable offer 2. Staff are so friendly to offer help when necessary Bad: 1. Location is not highly accessible 2. A wardrobe is right below the a/c vent, it blocks the ventilation in the room 3. No elevator in the building (And yes, the hotel only occupies one floor of the building)

Great place to stay! Friendly staff, clean room with nice view , not far from the city , good internet and breakfast - and with tasty local wine as a welcome drink ;-) I would definitely go back
