The place was very clean and comfortable. Dragan, the property owner was very helpful with anything we needed. The only difficulty was the narrow parking space that was assigned to us. It was hard to get into, especially with standard (non-automatic) transmission.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay as it is only a short walking distance from the entrance to the Kotor old town.

Dated but clean and spacious. Very helpful host. Driving to property (and driving in Kotor in general), is tricky… very busy and VERY narrow streets.

The place is roomy and clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. It is located within easy walking distance to the old town, groceries and other amenities.
Note that if you are coming by car, the suite is on narrow streets in a hilly area.
Some small suggestions for improvement would be to add an entry way coat rack with a rubber mat for shoes. Some shelving in the bedroom and shelving and hooks in the bathroom would also be appreciated.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and recommend to anyone as a base for exploring Kotor.

Great apartment. Very good location, one minute from the old town. Free parking spot. Communication with the host prior to our arrival was very good, he gave told us exactly how to get there. Very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Difficult to find as we were coming from the top of the hill, there are no signs for it and the address has no number. Make sure you communicate with the host ahead of time so he can help you. Once you find it though it has all that you need for a pleasant stay. Location could not be better to explore beautiful Kotor.

The apartment is in a very nice location, just across a bridge from the old town. It has good air conditioning, fast Wifi and it was clean and confortable. The apartment is very small and especially the bathroom is tiny with no proper shelf to put any things on. It is very small even for one person so I wouldn't recommend it for two.
The street name on Google Maps, Booking and other listings is incorrect and the real street name is different (Marovina not Tabacina) so all navigations will send you to a wrong place.

Location of room was quiet. Close to Old Town. Room was clean. Nice outdoor table and chairs on patio. Host was nice. But the room was TINY! Kitchen area was minimally functional, but we made it work.

Just outside the city walls and at the start of the Ladder of Kotor hike. I had a nice room, although the bathroom was a little small.
The Old Town is very close by and it's about 15 minutes walking to the main bus station.

Booked this place mainly for the parking. When we arrive, the host claims he does not have parking, and when confronted with the online information, he replies that this is not true. Obviously a lie - since multiple reviews states that he does, and that he had been most helpful with this. Having a car in Kotor is an utmost pain - parking is extremely limited and we spent hours and hours in a queue to the public parking. The host advised us a parking space close to a football field, this was an illegal parking space and would easily have cost us 1000 euro (according to a police officer we spoke to). Extremely disappointed that the host did nothing to help, and did not apologize the slightest. Would not recommend this place. To be fair - the apt was big enough and really good location close to the old town - but I would not want to stay at a place with an untrustworty host again.

En perle i Kotor. Perfekt beliggenhet, superhyggelig vert, nydelig leilighet med en fantastisk veranda. Deilige senger. Hagen har flere sittegrupper, frukttrær og skilpadder som gjerne spiser fra hånd.

Dragan was very caring and communicative. When my flight was canceled, they kept and extended my reservation free of charge. The location of the apartment is great, the Old Town was literally 2 minutes away. Moreover, it also has a parking lot. The room was clean and the furnishings inside were sufficient. Those who wish can cook simple meals here.

The apartment has everything you need. Nice little garden with turles walking around. Kotor is beautiful so you will not spend time at the room. The room is very small but got a small kitchen with fridge and stove.
