Big thick ancient stone walled building, wooden floors & ceilings, historic decor, huge character & comfort. Staff were delightful & most helpful. You are right within the old town walls & minutes from everything. This accommodation leaps you back in time. We had the 3 bedroom apartment with kitchen & laundry facilities & were very comfortable & loved our lodgings. The only thing with ancient, the sewer smell they were working hard to repair at the time of our stay. The apartment also advertised sound proof rooms, which they are not. If you’re a light sleeper, this is a challenge. We embraced the authenticity of the place, with ringing church bells, echoing ancient street sounds & used white noise & ear plugs. I would stay there again & highly recommend.

It was fantastic stay! The place is beautifully renovated and decorated right in old town. Plenty of things were provided, from automatic espresso machine to washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. You can easily spend a month without needing anything else. Thanks for stay!

Perfect place to stay in old town Lots of charm Room clean A/C cold To the Americans - like me - not a traditional hotel. Staff very helpful but not at the desk 24/7. Bathrooms shared by several rooms. It was never a problem. It was always clean but caught my wife off guard.

The property is very well located, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and major attractions. Despite its central location, the area was surprisingly quiet. Danica was extremely helpful and provided excellent recommendations throughout our stay. One thing to keep in mind is that the property does not have a traditional reception or lobby, so it is important to communicate your arrival time in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process. The building entrance is currently undergoing renovations and is not particularly attractive at the moment, but this did not affect our stay. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything we needed.

Room was good and comfortable, did not have a TV. Location was excellent and staff was attentive. There was construction on the bottom floor so office was moved to same floor as my room so could hear a lot of chit chat and activity in the hallway during the early morning.

Perfect location! Charming and clean. I loved the communal kitchen and coffee station. Everyone there was so friendly. 10 out of 10! I’d highly recommend!

The entrance is a bit creepy. We arrived at night and seriously it was a turn down when we saw the entrance. Once we saw the actual hotel, everything was perfect. Clean beautiful rooms, nice amenities, great coffee or tea all day…. Staff was so nice, and helpful. The Nest is a few meters from the main entrance to Kotor. Easy walk even with suitcases
