Grest value for the price but very far from the city center. Not walkable unless you want to go through a lot of residential areas. The showers are not great, cold water and the rod was rusted and fell on me while showering. Staff were very nice and helpful though.

Nice place to stay far from the noise and enjoy the calm but they need a serious renovation. Fourniture in really bad condition and the guy who did checks left the stove on was on for the whole day and i burned my hand because of it ( Thank God it was with electricity not Gaz ) The guy in the pool is far from being a human being and he sking us the key of the flat every single day.

Starting with reception in the arrival, we stayed for an hour as they can’t found the reservation then they can’t determine the payment. Then we got apartment with no warmers machine which lead to the sickness of whole family. The weather temperature was -2. We were really frustrated from this experience.

The server in the bar was amazing. Other than that the apartment was dirty, the sink was leaking, the door didn’t lock and we had no towels. We stayed there for the pools and one was filthy and the other was drained so none were opened.

Staff was kind enough, but the appartment wasn't that good, Air conditionning doesn't work well which makes the appart pretty cold. Some windows couldn't be closed which made us worry at night, since we were in the ground floor.

We stayed in a Chalet in December. For the price we paid, it was a great deal. Two bedrooms, a salon, a kitchenette - however the heater in the salon did not work and the electric hob in our kitchen did not work. So I was unable to make coffee or cook anything during our stay. Our friends stayed in chalets as well and in each there was a heater that did not work. Most of their electric jobs worked fine. We live in Morocco and are accustomed to things not working so we planned for it, but for a traveler looking for a more comfortable vacation they may want to stay in one of the more expensive rooms (other friends said those were better) or a different hotel. They advertise an indoor pool but it was closed. There is a restaurant on the property and our friends said it was good. There are also basketball courts and plenty of open space for the kid’s to run around.

We stayed at a two-bedroom apartment and the heating units were not powerful enough to withstand a 0 Celsius temperature. Water is hot for the first 7 minutes and then it becomes just warm. The other person should wait 15 or more minutes for the water to become hot again.

The chalet wasn't ready at checkin time. Had to go back in 45mn. All the chalets proposed were terrible. Ended up staying in an appartment. The checkin time took more than 2 hours! The property has a lot of potential but lacks maintenance and refreshing.

Place needs improvement. Bath towels were not available and even toilet paper. The blankets that the room provided were not sufficient for the very cold weather hence we had to request more. Bed sheets and pillows have a funky smell

Overall the trip was fair. It wasn’t my first time there. Except for an AC not working in one room (fortunately we were offered another one) the service was good. There was a minor issue with the booking but they resolved it pretty quickly. I had a late request (I didn’t mention it on my booking: my bad) so I waited a little bit and it was honored !! On and all it was good
