HOTEL BEL ANFA

The hotel was full when we arrived, at 3am, despite booking and paying for the room weeks in advance. The night watch, who was unable to communicate with us, eventually called his boss who found us a room in one of his other hotels in the neighbourhood. They left us to shlep our suitcases through the night, on foot, and when we got there, the room was filthy and cold, and stank of cigarette smoke. There was no hot water on either day, and the hotel staff kept pestering us for tips.

The hotel refused to give me room unless l pay additional 400 dirham as local tax. The local tax is 90 dirham but 400 dirham was demanded, it took much argument before the manager collected 180 dirham and gave me a room. I requested for a receipt and I was told that no receipt will be given, the manager only wrote on a piece of paper. I reported to hotel.com through whom l booked the hotel at £415, the hotel.com is irresponsible and did not contact the hotel, they did not read my mail because their response is different from my complaint. I complained of an extra charge and hotel.com replied that they are considering my request for a waiver of penalty. Hotel.com and HOTEL BEL ANFA, CASABLANCA are rogues.

L'hotel est bien situé et accessible, confortable mais il faut qu'ils mettent un accent sur la propriété des locaux.
