Room wasn't as expected but was nice, no issues room got cleaned everyday, friendly staff, Receptionist spoke good English which helped. All round it was a pleasant stay. Pleny of cafés, Shopping, food places surrounding the hotel.

The value and quality are high here. My room was comfortable with beautiful Moroccan decor. The common areas were so great to do work in and the rooftop patio fantastic! I had a ground floor room and being on my own I still felt very safe. The staff are so friendly and helpful as I needed my boarding pass printed.The area is great to die restaurants and shopping as the mall is right there. I highly recommend this hotel as you get so much for what you pay for. I’ll be back for sure.

Toulousain is a nice surprise, a clean and comfortable hotel at a very reasonable price. The greatest privilege is convenient location in Marrakech's modern area of Gueliz, so close to the train and coach stations, with plenty of restaurants and cafés within easy reach. Marrakech's traditional attractions in the great place of Jemaa Lefnaa are a 5 mins taxi ride or a bit longer on a horse drawn carriage. It is a lovely walk too if you you love on foot sightseeing.

The room was small, with a noticeable smell of mold and stains on the wall. The bed was uncomfortable, there was no TV, and it was very noisy, especially in the early morning.

Great location, clean, nice rooftop terrace, lots of cool seating areas, supermarket just around the corner.
Unfortunately, noisy at all times with tiny bathrooms.

they gave our room away to another individual and when we arrived the receptionist told me that "I don't even have a room to sleep in tonight" as if he is not the worker at the front desk.
Reminds me of that famous seinfeld episode about the car reservation, where he says "Anybody can TAKE the reservation, you just don't know how to HOLD the reservation." looking for an immediate refund for this place.

The hotel was terrible, no safety for children, the showers were blocked non draining, no towels. No room cleaning, no bins around, you go with children they want to play in pool, but certain staff have faces on when children are splashing in pool. Gotta keep shushing kids cause staff have faces when playing in court yard.
No dressing table, flooring had broken tiles. Baby slipped cause constantly wet floor due to drains being blocked, bust a lip. No toilet roll have to keep asking at reception.
We booked two family rooms only one was a family room. No specious in bathroom. Dust every where in cupboards an floor was dirty all the time. U become dirty there. Constant music at night near night club's. Ppl fighting at 5 6 in morning an no one bats a eye lid.

The place was comfortable enough to sleep, but the housekeeping was a mess. I was told there would be daily housekeeping but the rooms were only cleaned once, we also had to go to the reception to ask for towels and toilet paper. We were alsp asked to pay 320 dirhams upon arrival as tax, but when I did the booking I was informed that I only have £18 due at the property. I tried explaining this to the staff but they really couldn't get me. Overall, it was a nice experience but I am never going back.

The facility is a bit eclectic but what it lacks in amenities, it makes up for with its old world charm and friendliness of the staff. Plus it is located close enough to the action of the city but not too close to hear all of the noise and bustle. If you are looking for a clean, safe affordable place this is it. But don't expect a western-style hotel.

An economical hotel with a breakfast courtyard in a quiet street quite close to the Majorelle garden. Our room looked nice and everything was very clean and we had every thing we needed. The location is good if you want to see the beautiful modern city too outside the medina with its beautiful trees and parks and want a break from the medina. We walked to the medina in about 10 to 15 minutes each day. We arrived in Marrakesh at the main bus station and it was a 15 minute walk from there. Leaving, it took just 10 minutes to get a cheap taxi to the airport to fly home. The 24 hour reception was also very useful. We feel that this hotel suited us well for our short stay in Marrakesh.

Just ...What a Pity you cannot take your girlfriend (if Marocco cityzen)without marriage contract.. which make the stay more complicated and more expansive and if Marrakesh original..NO WAY.. At all... ( This isn't only here but all Hotel some exceptional are more flexible but the risk is important)

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. The weather was cold and rainy and we were grateful for the heater in the room, something we didn’t find in other places we stayed in Morocco of similar price. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet with a good shower. The breakfast was basic but lovely with freshly squeezed juice, pastry, bread, and great coffee. As the weather was chilly we sat in a pretty room off a lovely courtyard where people would sit in better weather.
