Ksar Char-Bagh

I stayed at the property and was the only guest there. Was constantly asked whether I would eat so the kitchen could close. The staff lacked training and guidance. The structure of the hotel is beautiful and there are very lovely parts, but the decor in the older part needs to be updated, and the grounds seemed to be past their prime.

Location is far from city center They charge 300 dr for each trip

My husband and I had a wonderful time relaxing in the resort. It was quite tranquil and just what we needed as an escape from the everyday. Beautiful rooms with incredibly attentive staff who go out of their way to accommodate your request. The general manager, Kevin was wonderful and checked in on us regularly making us feel right at home, a beautiful place to celebrate my birthday.

Ksar Char-Bagh is truly an other-worldly experience. If you want to feel like a sultan in an eye-popping palace, feel totally relaxed and properly looked after, with excellent food and impeccable service, this place should be at the top of your list.

The customer service and lavish amenities made this hotel a once in a life time experience

Unlike any other 5-star luxury resort we've stayed at over the years, Ksar Char-Bagh doesn't have the copy-paste guest room design and holiday experience of the larger hotel brands. What you find here are extremely authentic, modern Moroccan style guest rooms, with high ceilings, hand carved wood accents, and marble bathroom surfaces; an amazing 30m long swimming pool lined with palm trees; and great, locally sourced, fresh food (that can get a bit repetitive after 3 days, but ask nicely, and they will quietly prepare dishes from the lunch menu for dinner). It is slightly further away from the city, but that is the whole point - away from traffic and the hustle and bustle, all you can hear while lounging near the pool are the local birds chirping, the occasional goat in the field nearby, and the daily prayers. Only point of improvement was the spotty wifi near the pool and restaurant - Access points keep dropping you off, and it was painful to stay online (4G - 5G reception was also not great). Overall, amazing experience. Shout out to Kevin and the whole team who looked after us. We will surely be back!

Magnificent property with first class service on the outskirts of Marrakech. Highly recommended.

staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon the best it can be

I adored the fact that this was a genuine Moorish fort, Alhambra-style carvings and set in the old Palmeria area with wonderful authentic furniture and fittings. Yet, for the modern traveller had fabulous bathrooms and pool and lounges and gardens. A compete treat and for anyone visiting Marrakesh this place is a must. The staff were utterly charming, with great panache, made sure that all our needs were more than met. Superb! The concierge in particular was a delight with his knowledge and humour. Food was fab! Moorish, french and modern...all there and all equally divine. I highly recommend this Ksar Char-Bagh to anyone.

This property was amazing. I felt like I was spending the weekend at a very wealthy friend's house. The staff was eager to satisfy all of our needs. The food is delicious and they pick the fruits and vegetables for each meal fresh from their garden. To top it off, they washed our car before we left!

We went for a few quiet, peaceful days in beautiful surroundings and the Hotel proved an excellent choice. The food was delicious, fresh, beautifully cooked and presented. While there my elderly husband, unfortunately, had a fall. The owner of the Hotel and his staff could not have been more helpful and caring. We have stayed in many hotels but have never before experienced such excellent service. It was like being in one's own well-staffed palace.

We had a great stay at Ksar Char-Bagh! Could stay here again next time in Marrakech!

Unser zweitägiger Aufenthalt war ein absoluter Traum. Selten findet man ein solch zauberhaftes Fleckchen Erde. Mit viel Geschmack wurde alles eingerichtet. Wir genossen sehr die Ruhe außerhalb der Stadt, den wunderbaren Pool und den Taxi Service in die Stadt. Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und erfüllte uns jeden Wunsch. Wer einige Tage fernab vom Trubel in Marrakesch in Luxus und Ruhr schwelgen möchte, ist hier richtig.

Grossartige Unterkunft. Top Personal und Service. Dienstleistungen und Verpflegung ist nicht günstig. Keine Steckdose in Badezimmer. Sonst genial.
