Pickalbatros White Beach Taghazout - Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus - Ultra All Inclusive

It was the staff, they were nothing but welcoming and so friendly. The place is Muslim friendly and the entertainment was so fun. The staff from the moment of check in and check out were so amazing and kind! Thank you so much white beach hotel and I hope to return soon. I definitely recommend this place for everyone!!

Honestly would rate this hotel a 2/10 and wouldn’t recommend at all. It’s a 5 star all inclusive and pricey but lacks basic amenities in the room. Housekeeping would randomly walk into the room without knocking. On the first day the cleaner poured a whole bucket of water in the front of the door causing me to slip and hurt myself badly, the management did nothing even though it was a health and safety hazard, just told us to wait and changed our room. The food gave me food poisoning, entertainment was mid. Only good thing was it was close to the beach. Honestly save your money and don’t book this hotel, it’s definitely not 5 star, pushing it at 4.

Love this place. Perfect location, was busy this time but plenty of space for everyone. Thanks especially to Sahel in the restaurant who was an expert at the coffee every morning. Great stuff.

Very good hotel but location is very far out from agadir, hotel is very isolated from everywhere else

This is not a 5-star hotel. While the grounds and the numerous pools are quite decent and could deserve such a rating, the interior is terrible. All the furniture is tasteless, uncomfortable, and looks like it was bought at a flea market. The so-called restaurants resemble a student cafeteria on a campus, and the food is nowhere near 5-star quality — barely reaching 4-star level, and even then, not every day. The alcohol is cheap. The evening entertainment is like something from a kindergarten — boring and unprofessional. If this hotel claimed to be 4 stars and cut the price in half, then fine — it would be acceptable for that price. But forget about calling it 5 stars.

Best experience I had with this resort Just the pillows were not comfortable they might need to renew them other than that there is nothing bad in this resort Room cleaning was 10 star very nice beautiful and quiet resort

Although the staff are fantastic, this is not a 5* resort. Property is tired and pools/bathrooms need maintenance. Air conditioning in the rooms and gym is virtually non-existent. Although the food at the buffet is generally of good quality, the food court was very poor and the overall offering was not in line with a 5* hotel. Weird practices like needing a towel card for beach towels, despite the fact this is supposedly all inclusive. Beach bar very hit and miss when it comes to drinks and having appropriate glassware.

This is a brilliant hotel. First class staff, service, incredibly clean. Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. Staff went out of their way to help. All were brilliant but a special mention for Said in the restaurant who went more than an extra mile to make sure I was ol. He’s a credit to the hotel. Thank you to everyone for doing the detail that made the break really good.

Beautiful hotel which we enjoyed for four nights recently. Great facilities, food was excellent and staff always working hard to make your stay special. We will return.

We couldn't fault the place at all, everything was just perfect from the staff, cleanliness, food and drink

Not a 5 star! Customer Service very poor, food awful/not warm, soft and alcohol drinks are very cheap (the cocktails just look like squash). A la carte restaurant set menu no choice in a function room with a strange video playing on a large screen, food even worse. served on cracked plates. Lack of spoons. I was given a tiny wooden spoon. Drinks outside served in cracked plastic cups. Beach towels have holes in. Sun-beds are reserved with towels very early for the sea views and hardly used unfair for those who wish to use them all day. The hotel doesn’t enforce their own rules, people sat eating in restaurants wearing not appropriate beachwear. Lumpy pillows, bottom sheets don’t fit, two sheets used you could feel the edge under your body. Minibar (not cold), have to get ice from the hotel bars. No coffee machine, just a kettle. Soft drinks/toiletries not replenished you have to ask. No ironing board, iron, dressing gown or slippers. The hairdryer is awful very low power. Mould on shower ceiling. Sewage smell in bathroom. Spa very expensive and treatments are not even that good or as long as advertised beauticians not professional at all. Felt robbed. The only positive hotel kept very clean at all times and the view of the sunset and sea. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This is a maybe a 3 star hotel it’s just views of the sea which are 5 star. Stayed for wedding anniversary see the cake in the room when we arrived…

Lovely hotel right in the seafront. But they had real problems with WiFi and electrics while we were there. The staff were all amazing but that end of Taghazout was rather run down

Had an amazing stay at this all inclusive resort. It’s truly all inclusive with a variety of foods throughout the day. Delicious drinks and desserts. The views are spectacular and hotel is extremely clean and properly maintained. Easy and quick check in with Shaba and Yasine. All their staff are super kind and helpful. Waiters are super fun and entertaining especially during music/dance nights. Chef Hisham pleased us with his culinary expertise of moroccan dishes. Ali was very attentive and always made sure to serve his moroccan tea. I couldn’t recommend this resort enough. The hotel staff take pride in their work and their positive attitude made our stay very special and welcoming.

Visited the Hotel over the Christmas period, the Hotel itself was clean, with staff constantly cleaning and making sure that nothing was missed. The Food options were great and the quality of service and attention from the team was brilliant. The Hotel entertainment and entertainment staff were amazing too making it very inclusive and welcoming. The facilities were just what I hoped for and the entertainment for the Christmas period was really well manged and to a very high standard, the Hotel and the team hosted the guests with a very well thought out entertainment and dinning experience. I would definitely recommend this Hotel and would happily stay here again.

We spent great time at white beach resort … every minute was a 5 star quality. All the staff is super friendly helpful and lovely . the bar boys are amazing , chatty, smiley and very happy people … positive vibes are everywhere …. They listen and enjoy sharing great moments with customers and have great chat too .. speedy and don’t make you wait 👍… The animation team are great full of energy and positive vibes … we had great time with them arranging events , town walks, cooking demonstrations , quizzes and dance … absolutely lovely young people. The food was delicious on every single day , high quality delicious cuisines and many varieties… never get bored … thanks to Chef Tariq Radi the hotel chef and his team for delivering an absolutely delicious meals.

Excellent staff made this break fantastic. Great value for money with very good food options.
