Zephyr Ifrane

I can’t believe this had an average of 7/10 in the reviews. It really is a 9.5–10/10. Good value. The room was a good size. There was an issue with the sink not draining under a Sunday night.Hayat had a technician fix it within 15 minutes. Dinner was good. Breakfast was excellent. There was a secure guard – controlled parking for my motorbike. And a really interesting design. I made a mistake by booking the wrong night. Ajay at Hotels.com (Expedia) sorted it out and I really appreciate help from the hotel staff who were all excellent:Zackery, Hamid and Hayat. If you’re anywhere near Ifrane then this is a good place to stay.

Very disappointing experience at Zephyr Ifrane. We stayed one week in a two bedroom suite with our family and the apartment was completely invaded by ants everywhere: kitchen, bathroom, living room and even the beds, which made it impossible to sleep. A chemical treatment was applied once but the ants returned the next day even worse. Housekeeping was almost nonexistent. Our suite was cleaned only once during the entire week and we constantly had to ask for basic items. For a family of five we were given only two towels and one small soap per day. When the room was finally cleaned, the dirty towels, blankets and garbage were left at the entrance of our suite for four days, attracting cats and insects and creating a terrible smell. The receptionist was kind and helpful, but the manager was never available during our entire stay and no apology or commercial gesture was offered despite these serious hygiene issues. Never again. This place should be avoided.

We enjoyed our stay ! The hotel & the overall service quality were amazing however I cannot skip the housekeeping services that would need some improvements...

A serene and peaceful location , breakfast was poor

When I first get there, I walk in and the place is filthy gross dirty I spent my whole time there Cleaning I had to leave early. I asked for a refund of just one night because we didn’t stay the whole time and they would not give it to me After they made me stay a room.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and while the hotel was clean and felt updated the apartment was “well loved,” with a heater in one of the bedrooms that would not turn off and the TV would not connect to wifi or stream and only had 5 channels. There was a used Pantene proV packet and qtip on the bathroom counter when we arrived as well. I always feel guilty writing negative reviews when the staff was so sweet and welcoming, and they all were! The dinner and breakfast available were really good and reasonably priced with friendly service!

This is a young property, only 2 years old! So everything is modern, and so is the service provided by the friendly staff. Meal times in the restaurant are posted at the Front Desk; and I was given the wifi password at check-in. Also, the Front Desk made any arrangements, as requested. The food is a mix of traditional Moroccan, French, and American. Moroccan tea, and coffee are included with every meal. A great place to relax and reset!

Faudra faire un effort sur le service et la disponibilité des emplyes, les téléphone ne marche pas dans mon appartement...les serviettes ne suffisaient pas vu que nous étions 5 personnes

I stayed there a week. The place was large and close to where I need to be. I did notice on the last day some ants in the kitchen. Really did not hinder my trip. I plan on staying when I go back.

The building is new but the room is filthy and no towels and smelled horrible never book there anymore.

Il a fall

Quite impersonal hotel like other large resort type hotels. Parking was full on arrival but their team helped park in the street. Heat wasn’t adjustable although it was quite cold that night.

Excellent séjour ! Chambre propre et confortable, personnel accueillant et très aimable. L’emplacement est idéal et la vue magnifique. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Non tout était non propre

Mooie accommodatie en receptie, maar het appartement was teleurstellend Het complex en de receptie van Zephyr Ifrane zijn mooi en goed verzorgd. De ontvangst was vriendelijk. Helaas viel het appartement waar wij verbleven duidelijk tegen en voldeed het niet aan de verwachtingen. Bij aankomst troffen wij mieren aan in de keukenkastjes, op het aanrecht en zelfs in de koelkast. Het was zo erg dat je geen brood of eten op het aanrecht kon zetten, omdat er meteen een hele mierenplaag op afkwam. Dit gaf een extreem onhygiënisch gevoel en maakte koken of eten bijna onmogelijk. Daarnaast was het raam kapot en sloot het niet goed. Er werd beloofd dat iemand dit zou komen repareren, maar uiteindelijk is er niemand gekomen. We hebben het raam zelf moeten vastzetten om tocht en kou ’s nachts tegen te houden. Ook was het appartement niet geschikt voor het aantal personen waarvoor het werd aangeboden. De boeking gaf aan dat het geschikt was voor 5 personen, maar er waren slechts twee eenpersoonsbedden en één tweepersoonsbed. Er ontbrak een slaapplaats, waardoor onze dochter op de bank moest slapen. We kregen na navraag wel extra dekens en lakens, maar dit had eigenlijk niet nodig mogen zijn. Kortom: de receptie en het complex zijn prima, maar het appartement zelf (hygiëne, onderhoud en indeling) was onder de maat.
