Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff is awesome, so are the rooms. I appreciated that breakfast was different every day so not to get tired of it. Location excellent as is a walkable area. I want to thank mostly the staff at the reception for being so communicative to arrange pick up at the airport, etc. For sure will be back and of course, I highly recommend this place.

Excellent customer service. Some of the best we've seen. Lee is a wonderful hostess. It is a short three block walk to the main food hub in China Town, 19th St. A Chinese temple is just around the corner, but most other sites are a ways off. Taxi rides are inexpensive, but walking the city is worth it. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

Given the price and considering that it is an Inn and not a hotel, I would say it was worth what we paid for. It maybe difficult for old people to walk up 5 floors.

Clean room comfortable bed. Minute room. No lift, lots of stairs. The hotel ran like clockwork when the owners were present. Unfortunately, probably due to extremely limited English, this was not always the case in their absence. Breakfast on those occasions was chaotic and often cold. A breakfast menu appeared on the day before we left which gave the impression that the only choice on our final morning was Fish noodle soup. This was served tepid and was difficult to face at 8am. Tea and coffee were both cold. I know that this hotel has the potential to do much better, as proven when the owners are around. We wish them every success.

Walking distance to all tourist attractions, street very quiet End of road is the ferry which takes local people across the river in boats, very busy. No elevator in hotel Owners very helpful arranging trips and taxis Breakfast was different every morning, food very nice A very pleasant stay at the Vibe Inn, owners and staff make this possible Thank you to all of them
