it was ok, some issues with the hot water. room evidently not occupied for some time, dust accumulated on tissue within box. invisible lady in the room.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The manager was particularly attentive. I had emailed ahead of time asking about the airport shuttle and received a quick response mentioning that they were no longer operating that. I'll also note that they were kind enough to securely store some small luggage for us for ~1 week while we were trekking.
