The window shade was broken. They did not give us another room. When we check in they told us that if we brake any thing we will have to pay for it. So as soon enter the room and saw tthe window shade was broken, we went back down to report it. Never before a hotel told us this when checking in. Strange?

A long way from the centre. Limited taxi availability - be ware. Hotel is pretty mediocre. I guess it was the cheap (not actually that cheap) option so I shouldn't complain.

The coffee was amazing in this place. The bathroom is clean and bright and spacious. But the towels had quite a few stains on them. The bed, though, was not that great. You only get one pillow for each person, and it's not even firm and barely has any support. The bed sheet always comes off the bed. The bed sheet should be a fitted sheet, and pillow should be a bit more firm and hope that you request more pillows.

We didn't like that there are no fitted sheets for the bed and they provide only one pillow per guest. Also breakfast menu all throughout our 11 day stay didn't change at all, considering we paid for it each time.

Only stayed a night and in hindsight probably shouldn’t have stayed here. Abrupt staff. Couldn't get a table for dinner in a small restaurant and felt like we were not welcome, and there were only 10 tables occupied and they said it would be at least an hour before we would get our food. It was stated that check out would be at 12 but the cleaners came around at 10:30 making us feel like we had to leave.

Tourist passing through. This motel (doors on outside) may not be in a great part of town, but it was cheap. The staff were great to speak with, and the bartender was quite engaging. Room was just OK, everything quite old, and close to the highway so noisy. Breakfast was 15 and quite good. Stayed there for the price and satisfied.

I made a mistake in booking a hotel further out from the centre. This is a hotel situated on a business park so there is no local charm. I have mobility problems and the hotel was a nightmare, with badly done, retrofitted ramps in doorways. The power point in the bathroom blew the room electrics when we plugged in the hotel's kettle. We were told it couldn't handle anything more demanding than a mobile phone but there was no warning to that effect. Though the room is no smoking there were ashtrays right at the outside of the door so we still had to face the mess and stink. The staff were helpful and there was a shed where we could lock our bikes so that was a plus point. No USB outlets in the room so we needed a stock of adaptors to deal with phones, power packs, etc. Breakfast was good.
