Lovely stay, great rooms, everything you need for a comofrtable stay. Only issue being the staff left the windows in our rooms wide open after cleaning.

Wow, what a wonderful stay. We received a generous upgrade to one of the best rooms and I wish I did not have to spend most of my time in business meetings while visiting Wageningen. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the walking access to arboretums and to town, and the relaxing views of the countryside. Breakfast was great. The only downside for us is we relied on public transportation while traveling through The Netherlands, and this was an 8 minute walk to get you a bus stop that takes you to the Wageningen bus station. The area is not known for having a reliable taxi service. So a car would be ideal here. I'll keep that in mind when I come here the next time.

The hotel is very nice, the room are large and sober. I had a great view. There was not one use product in the bathroom, which I was happy not to have !

Quiet place with friendly people. The filters of the air conditioning in my room need to be cleaned. I commented this with the reception staff and they took notes, but no remediation action followed and no feedback was given during my stay.

Wonderful setting and an excellent hotel choice other than transport. It is hard to get a taxi if you need one from here, but there is a bus to Wageningen if that works for you.

This was my second stay in Wageningen for work. While the hotel was much nicer than other hotels in the area in terms of rooms, comfort and property. The front desk staff, however, were not great to me. I'd go as far as to say they were fairly rude to me. They were unfriendly during check-in, almost acting as though I wasn't worth their time. Then they tried to blame me for missing a taxi I requested they prebook for me. The taxi driver was nice enough to let me know they actually requested the taxi to the wrong hotel, then tried to blame it on me. I almost missed a business meeting because of this. And honestly, I wouldn't have cared I'd the person who made the mistake hadn't tried to blame it on me. It was just a strange way for someone in customer service to behave.
Also, the room did not have any shampoo or conditioner. Just ads to buy their brand of shampoo and conditioner. Not a deal breaker, but a bit odd.
Like I said, otherwise this place is great. If you like a bit of quiet, you can't beat the location.

Very nice room and view. Service was as bad as every other time I’ve stayed in this hotel. Despite the beautiful property and the great cleaning staff making the room wonderful, for some reason this hotel manages to consistently disappoint when it comes to the of the brasserie staff. Food is great so the problem is only with the wait staff that seems to delight in waiting for a 20 minutes before they bring you a menu even though they just es seated you and the brasserie is nearly empty, and then wait another 20 minutes to serve your drink so you’re already waiting about 45 minutes in the brasserie before you even can order.
Oddly if you choose the restaurant instead the service is much better
