I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and staff. It was a nice, clean facility with breakfast included. The staff went over and beyond in facilitating my late check-in due to plane delays/Re-routing. They also were very helpful in coordinating taxis the next morning. Great, great staff!

Wonderful staff, check-in process super smooth, bicycle rental was a plus. Small room but used the space efficiently and none was wasted. Great rain shower and the view was interesting over the harbor. Located easily accessible to bus and bike routes and not far from the ocean. Definitely would stay again.

This hotel is clean, professional, and convenient. It is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop that can get uou to Amsterdam and Haarlem. There was a problem with check-in but the manager totally took care of us.

Really great place to stay, rooms are new-looking, clean, well-designed. I really enjoyed my stay here. Price isn't cheap but reasonable for what you get. Would recommend!!

Overall: This Hotel is okay. Pro's: The beds are good, the bathroom large and new, two (metal) wardrobes for clothes, no outside noise, large TV (not HD however), plenty of parking places close by. Neutral: Breakfast was nothing special. No Italian TV-channels. Con's: the walk-in shower is nice but it closes with a curtain and shower-gel and shampoo has to be placed on the floor because there is no place to put it elsewhere. The neighborhood has some nice fish-restaurants and is close to the harbor but faces ugly storehouses, so during the late evening it is not the ideal place for a walk. The front-desk is not always occupied, so the guest has to call (by means of the front-desk phone) and wait for the owner to arrive.
