Great location. Free shuttle to the airport. Room was good. Mattress was a bit thin but I slept good. Next time I’ll stay at the Ibis next door. When I booked I didn’t notice it was the Ibis budget.

Great location. Free shuttle to the airport. Room was good. Mattress was a bit thin but I slept good. Next time I’ll stay at the Ibis next door. When I booked I didn’t notice it was the Ibis budget.

Access to airport shuttle and public transport is excellent! Access to nice breakfast was also great. We were 3 adults in a room, which is difficult to find 3 beds for 3 adults....granted one bed was a bunk and as an older adult, was a bit precarious, but at least accommodated us.

Location was far from the airport, shuttle service inconvenient. There was not enough room/buses to accommodate the amount of guests travelling from the airport to the hotel. The shuttles came hours apart, which caused a backup of people and created chaos when the shuttle finally arrived. The driver took no control over the situation, there was screaming and pushing and more than the maximum capacity of people were squished into the bus.

Wonderful property near the end of one of Amsterdam Airport's runways - but it is still relatively far enough so not much airport noise can be heard. The hotel has excellent staff who are also very helpful to guests. The quality of customer case is wonderful The sole item is the frequency of the airport shuttle especially as it runs on a schedule. On occasion, the shuttle runs late, but there is no back-up. Since the property is quite considerable distance from the terminal, it would be good to have a back-up shuttle available especially on high traffic days. Otherwise, this is a great property to stay if one has to spend one or several evenings close to the airport.

Your entrance especially the sidewalk when exiting the shuttle needs to be fixed. There is a slope but the tiles of the flat area that follows are higher so I tripped, fell, tore my trousers and wounded my knee. Extremely bad and unsafe design.

If you miss the free shuttle it’s €23 for a taxi. The check in is quick and no fuss. The room was tiny but ok for the short time we were there. The shuttle bus back to airport was very good.

Everything was good, and it’s very nice that you can use the amenities over at the Ibis Schiphol hotel (access to the gym for free). My only issue was the bed, it really needs a fitted sheet instead of sleeping on a flat sheet. Made the bed feel really cheap and awkward.

Rooms were not cleaned properly,there was bed bugs that made my skin itchy Room wat too small for that price, a regular size person can’t fit into the bathroom with out hitting your legs and elbows

The room was clean but, I didn't like it much. The shower is right in the room, no privacy at all if someone else is in the room. The shuttle was good, no complaints about it. I do think the room was overpriced though. And the room was small.
