Staying here was perfect. The hotel is located within an walking distance. The tram is located almost directly outside of the hotel for easy access to places a bit more far from the hotel (no tram noise in the hotel). The restaurant was delicious too. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Amazing Satff, great location, lots of charm, great bar. For unber pickup - be sure to go accross the street.

Average place, Wouldn’t stay there again if I didn’t have to.

The hotel was fine imo. It just was not as nice as the online photos showed (which happens occasionally). We stayed at another hotel the next night for same price that was nicer.

My mom and I stayed here for a week. The staff were super friendly and very helpful giving us recommendations for dinner and help with getting around Amsterdam. Our room was small but perfect for what we needed. We had a great stay and really liked the convenience of the location. It was a perfect home base for us for the week!

Absolutely amazing staff. They really do make this hotel. Everyone from the reception staff to the cleaning staff to the staff in the restaurant and bar are so incredible. Hotel is lovely with quirky design. Location is perfect and breakfast and the bar were wonderful. Room was comfortable. The only negatives are that the bathroom has no privacy whatsoever and the view was of a wall despite paying to upgrade. Shame for the price but didn’t affect us too much. Would stay again

The hotel is very well situated and we loved the quirkiness of it. All the staff were friendly and helpful - we couldn’t fault it!

My husband and I absolutely loved our trip to Amsterdam and our stay at Ink hotel. It's very conveniently located near Central station. The tram stop was right outside of the hotel for convenience. The hotel was also wonderful! Shout out to Valerie who was incredible with our check in process and giving us advice for activities throughout our the week. Our trip was for my birthday, the hotel gave us a little birthday gift with decorations in the room. Overall the hotel was great service, clean and conveniently located.

We stayed with our kids, 23 and 26. The hotel was great! Perfect location , close to everything! The rooms were on the smaller side, but everything you need ! Comfortable bed, great shower , robes and slippers . It was a little warm , no real air conditioning , but the windows open . The restaurant in the lobby was perfect for breakfast . We really enjoyed our week there , front desk staff was amazing and helpful with recommendations .

The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We upgraded to a JR Suite and the room is beautiful but suited more for a single person and not a couple. The bathroom had very little privacy. Because of the “open concept” of the bathroom, if you need to use it in the night the only possible light would illuminate the whole room. Also it is rare the rooms are available if you arrive before checkin time. They have an onsite restaurant that you can wait in but no real lobby space. We arrived after landing at 8:30am and dropped bags. By 1:30pm we were wiped and looking for a comfortable place to wait and rest. This hotel really does not have that type of area.

I love the hotel’s location. It is a small, quant hotel with an excellent staff, restaurant, and bar. A tram stops a few feet from the hotel, and it is only 2 stops from Centraal train station. Jordaan, Red Light district, Dam Square, and the Anne Frank house are less than .5 miles and an easy walk.

Very pleasant experience. Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. I would go back.

First time in Amsterdam. We selected this hotel for comfort and price but it ended up being absolutely essential to having an amazing time in Amsterdam. The hotel is located on the cusp of the tourist section and the more native, local neighborhoods. Everything you could want to do is a 10 minute walk in every direction. The tram (for further destinations) is right outside in the Main Street. The selection of snacks, restaurants, cafe’s, bars and everything is endless. We left each day, walked 20,000 plus steps and returned to a comfortable bed and a clean room. I can not recommend this hotel enough. 5 stars.

Hotel is in a great location that’s walkable to many attractions and the train station. Breakfast was amazing with many options and variety.

Wonderful stay, amazing location, the staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble and really went above and beyond! They were all such hard working, friendly and approachable members of staff - really a true asset to the hotel. Room was clean, the bottles of water were a great touch, room a little hot and couldn’t cool it down so wouldn’t like that room in the summer, but we managed, shower and shower facilities were brilliant - the extras like vanity kit, shower cap, shampoo and body wash etc. was top! The fridge in the room was great, and the TV had English channels. Breakfast was really good, shout out to the chef (the older gent) who has just put the scrambled eggs on to cook but realised none left for my breakfast and whipped me up a quick small pan so I didn’t have to wait for the big load to be done - really nice touch! Tram/metro stop both a few mins walk to the left and the right so have the choice of two.
