This hotel is conveniently located about two blocks from the Market Hall, cube houses, metro and train stop. It has all the basics for a comfortable and affordable stay. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Did not try the buffet.

Everything was lovely just have one complaint. In our week stay housekeeping didn't come once. Totally understand that you can book your cleaning for anyday, however they were supposed to come every 3 days and never came to our room despite going over to our friends room next to us

Stayed for 3 nights and overall experience was great. Room was clean and they did provide 2 water bottles and tea pods. Staff was very helpfull. Only problem is the check-in time which is 3 PM. I asked for an early check-in but didn't manage to get one.

I had an amazing stay at the Savoy, the staff were brilliant and it is honestly a perfect experience. I had a brilliant breakfast there at their bar/cafe and the ability to buy niceties at a semi-vending machine was brill. I loved the records in the hotel. The Savoy has character and charm, and offers an excellent experience.

I generally loved this hotel - very well located and close to varied dining options and attractions (Cube houses and Markhal). The room was comfortable and well decorated. It also had a lovely sized fridge that I could stock up on drinks and food. Overall this hotel was a win! My only issue was the quality of the toilet paper, not the most luxurious or comfortable. I know its a small thing, but its always the little things when you travel.

The hotel was in city center, has bar and mini store. The room description was on point as we booked an small double, but has spacious shower (with water pressure). Clean, comfortable bed. The parking was across the hotel in a paid parking garage ( a little bit expensive).

Great location however if you hire a car, it’s €40 for 24 hours parking if you hire a car. Keeps them out the centre I suppose which is a plus! Staff are super friendly and attentive. Housekeeping is a bit confused as unless you scan the qr code you don’t get any cleaning or replenishments! We didn’t know about this so didn’t get a clean or more water etc but only there two days. Still a lovely hotel with a great location and very clean. Lovely design.

Very nice hotel for a week in Rotterdam. Very handy for city centre..easy walking distance and also close to Centraal Station. (15ish euro taxi). Room small but everything we needed. Beautifully clean. Quality bed linen and towels. Nice sized powerful shower. All staff we came into contact with were charming. Breakfast a little expensive if you only want toast and coffee.Nice bar area inside and outside with very reasonable ( for Rotterdam!) prices. We WILL ,without a doubt, stay here again in the future. We love a hotel where we can be totally anonymous and lose ourselves if we choose but can also get wonderful attentive service if/when we need it. Totally love their green policy of not servicing rooms EVERY day unless requested...makes so much sense
