Very bad experience in this (hotel) the staff is not polite at all! My friend came in the morning to pick me up she was not allowed to go to my room to help me with my lugage. She like to contact me by phone but here mobile was not working she asked the staff to call me but they say we have no phone in the room my friend asked here of they are willing to go to my room to inform me that she was waiting but they say we not do that! Then a other point the when I enter the room the room was freezing cold and I turned on the cv radiator but it took hours that the radiator became a bit warm not sufficient to heath the room. Really I don't advise any guest to go there.
