The hotel has a super beautiful view, clean and luxurious rooms, super cute and enthusiastic staff, and the breakfast buffet view is also beautiful! From the hotel, it only takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the main street and you will see the bus stop, only 8 minutes to the center! You should definitely try it!

The place is nice and clean. Staffs are fantastic. Nice 45minutes walk by the lake to Queenstown. You need to pay for hotel parking however we managed free street parking. Only downside was that the spa was very far to our room, it is winter, we opted to not walk to the spa even though we booked the place for the spa.

Really convenient for the airport. All car parking spaces were full but we had no problem parking in the public car park across the road. Lots of dinning options around the hotel. Very good breakfast at the hotel

Parking was a night mare. It is additional $20/night..all internal roads are narrow and sloped and curvy. Breakfast options were plenty and they changed the some items the next day. Rooms are near but small. My main issue was power outlets was only available on one side of the beds. No way to connect to a power outlet if you are on the other queen bed. It have been better if the outlets are in the middle.

This hotel is a bit expensive. You pay for the great views from most rooms and from the hotel restaurant. Good breakfast or dinner if you choose to pay extra. Location is on the road out of town, so you may need to take bus or taxi to visit downtown where all the restaurants are. I walked downtown from the hotel a few times, which is a lovely stroll on a path beside the lake, but takes about 50 minutes or longer. Bus tours will pick you up at the nearby bus stop on their way, but you need to arrange ahead of time.

Very disappointed in our stay here. Our room had clear signs of damage with damaged wall linings, the bathroom ceiling was covered in mould as the fan did not work and it did not have opening windows. This meant hot warm air from the shower had nowhere else to go except for the room we were staying in. Aside from the mouldy ceiling and health risk. The shower head was also damaged and had leaked - the hotels fix was a bit of tape which did not work. Be careful as they charge a $200 security deposit upon checking in so if you’re worried - take photos!
