The hotel felt secure and stylish, in our room the bed and linen was really comfortable and good quality. The gym facilities were easy to access and freely available and had a great running machine and a lot of other equipment. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of quality hot and cold dishes. Not too busy on a week day.

The rooms were basic but clean. The staff at this hotel however are a 5/5 - I was absolutely taken aback at how friendly and courteous they were. Professional fast service and just lovely to interact with. I travel for work all the time and the staff here stood out as exceptional.

Your restaurant meals don't live up to the expectation created by the words on your menu. I have only stayed twice at Ibis in the past year and have eaten dinner both times in-house. Overcooked protein and overpriced both times. Happy to expand further if someone wants to contact me.
