Imagine Beach Road

First-time visit to Auckland, so we did not know the city. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the cruise terminal and the core downtown shopping area. There was also a grocery store nearby. The rooms were well-furnished and very clean. The staff were friendly and personally ensured that a minor issue was quickly taken care of. Highly recommend this place as a great base to explore Auckland..

This hotel is very conveniently located for events at Spark Arena, about a 3min walk, if that. Also less than 10min to bottom of Queen Street and Britomart / Commercial Bay shopping. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The only negative was the inconsistency of timing for room service, every day we ended up being in the room when they came to change the towels, etc. But the staff were all extremely nice when we interacted with them. Room size was very good, even for just a studio. Highly recommend.

Extremely good value for money. Our room was well furnished, clean and had a very comfy bed. Location is very handy to downtown restaurants, Britomart etc.

I like how close it is to Spark Arena. Very convenient after concert and events

It is a nice, clean hotel. Getting there via the public transit is easy as it is close to the Britomart station. It's close to the city center. There is a lot of restaurants around the hotel. Also, you can find a laundromat a few steps away. The staff was friendly.

Nice easy place to stay. Walking distance to britomart. They do have a deal with Wilson parking just up the road which makes it easier. Friendly staff. Thanks

Everything was wonderful except the bathroom smelled of the sewer, which was really gross.

The property was in a great location, perfect as a base to explore Auckland without being in too busy an area. Check in was easy and staff were friendly, and there were decent amenities. The bathroom was huge! Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

Pleasantly surprised with this relatively nondescript-looking hotel. Location was great, with just a 10-15 min easy walk to bars & restaurants in the Viaduct area. Room was exactly as pictured on the website - nice and spacious, with views out across the city (we were on the 11th floor)...although the exterior of the windows could do with a clean, they were filthy. Room was light and the sun warmed the room nicely, plus the air con did a great job of cooling it down. The writing desk seemed a little pointless & I feel it could be replaced with nicer seating instead. Good storage cupboard for keeping luggage out of the way. Bathroom was nice and spacious and the shower was lovely - could do with a towel rail in the bathroom though...the small rack over the toilet wasn't right for keeping towels on once used. Bed was incredibly comfortable & nice to have a choice of down pillow or a regular pillow. The room was very quiet - couldn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms & barely any street noise (we were on 11th floor though).
