Not large and busy. Very nice, clean, well thought out facilities

Great stay, the room had everything we needed and facilities were clean and it is very close to the ferry

Always clean & tidy, staff are always friendly!

Basic cabin, toilets, showers and kitchen were clean and well maintained. The aroma in the kitchen was very uninviting. Believe it was just a combination of old food smells. Really needed to be aired out. Kitchen not open till 7am. With the number of people there for the early barge would be better of the hot water was available before that time.

Heater did not work and no cups or jug in the room for coffee

A little noisy during night with other people either arriving or departing on ferries but good place to stay overnight. clean and tidy, good facilities.

It was really nice and cozy and everything was very clean during our stay (including the shared spaces). The owner was nice and the surrounding area was nice and quiet.

Such a clean and well looked after property! I wasn't in a camper. But it was so well. Looked after and the guy what checked me in, well I just felt like the only guest (which I wasn't). Worth every penny. Thanks

Nothing that was to rave about. For starters no bathrooms, one has to go at the end of the property , as ldd s o it’s all open any one can walk in , rooms are barely big enough to put a full size bed and a a two seater sofa, zero toiletries were given. Not even a soap in their washroom , campers are parked within 10 feet of your room They never mentioned all these There are much better chooses available within few min distance, I took it because it was closest to the ferry terminal, but after all that was not important

All amenities are very clean. But disappointing the kitchen does not open until 7am - for early starters that does not work.

Didnt get much info just told shiwer on other side and that it didnt say bout a kitchen or common room just there your room there your park and shower around there

Great little camp in the heart of Picton, could hear the ferry traffic, very tidy and clean, everything you require for an overnight or two

Great service at check in, noisy trucks nearby overnight

Super close to the ferry, really good.
