Good location. Really friendly and helpful staff. Warm welcome and could leave our bags safely behind the reception on our departure. Would definitely recommend hotel as nice atmosphere, clean and enjoyed having a drink at the bar during happy hour. Overall my husband and I really enjoyed our two night stay. Thank you.

The room came with washing machine and dryer, but we could not use the dryer as every time we turned it on the fuse would blow and we lost power to the whole room. Staff said they would have it fixed but for the two nights of our stay it was not repaired.

This hotel was fine, but certainly not luxurious. Some of the people at reception were good, but one young lady always gave us the impression that we were wasting her time. So unlike most Kiwis we met. The Coco Cabana restaurant, attached, has excellent food. This hotel was a ten minute walk from the waterfront restaurants and activities, so it was a perfect location.

The stay was enjoyable, and the hotel is so close to the city centre for easy walking, yet far enough away not to hear the hubbub of the city centre life.
The only distraction was some strange noises at night. The heat pump guggled, and a humming seemed to come from the basement. It was not enough to keep you awake but enough to notice in the quiet of the night.
Despite this, our stay enhanced our trip to Queenstown.

Great location, because we could walk everywhere and the Coco Cabana restaurant attached is excellent. However, by 4:00, our room still hadn’t been cleaned. Finally, with dinner reservations fast approaching, I called reception to ask for fresh towels and to forget about cleaning the room, because we had to shower and get ready for dinner. They did bring the towels right up, which was good.

The studio room was nice because it had laundry facilities in the unit as well as a small kitchenette. Unfortunately, they hadn’t cleaned and serviced the room by 4:00, so we had to ask for clean towels to be brought up so we could shower to make our dinner reservations. We had to forgo cleaning our unit. Not very convenient for us.

Dispensers in shower do not operate easily. Previous customers have pushed on them so hard the holder fell off the wall in the middle of the night. The repair person cleaned up the glue residue attaching the holder to the wall with paint thinner. When we returned to the room there was a terrible smell in the room.

Great place to stay in Queenstown. Short walk to the lakefront area. Clean and reasonable price. Parking is at a premium so make sure you tell them if you need a space when you book.
