We were blown away by the room! Absolutely enormous. Huge living area, two reasonable size bedrooms. The kitchen area was great. Enormous balcony. We chose this hotel as it had a washing machine and drier (very conveniently in the bathroom). But everything else about it was great. We got the impression it’s a bit of a magnet for bigger groups of people (hotel was obviously strict about “No parties in rooms!”. However we heard no noise whilst staying.
Walkable to the centre of town.
Overall a great stay and a great find. Biggest hotel room we’ve seen in years! Nice staff on reception. Highly recommend.

Location was perfect, clean,accessible to everything.
May walk to sky tower and grocery. We had a 3 bedroom suite with kitchen , living room, balcony and 2 bathrooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent place to stay.

The room and location were great, the staff were generally very friendly. check in was a little frustrating due to a language barrier/misunderstanding of process. I will definitely stay here again.

We love staying in the 3 bedroom super suite. It's so spacious and very much feels like a home away from home. Views are amazing from the large decks.
The check in procedure was extremely painful though. The receptionist was not able to communicate very well and left us baffled at times as to what she was saying. We wanted to park one car for the night, but this became a 15 minute ordeal to arrange.
Pieces of paper were shoved in front of me with no explanation as to what I was supposed to do with them.
I was not prepared with my reading glasses, and thus agreed to conditions which I was not aware of, such as the no smoking policy (even on the balconies) which could incur a fee nearly the full cost of the bond.
When I was called after checkout and told that we had incurred this charge, I didn't dispute it, despite not knowing that anyone had smoked on the balcony - they had our credit card, so felt it would be too difficult to fight this. But even when I apologised the receptionist still raised her voice and continued to tell me off!!! She was rude, albeit STILL hard to understand.
I would want to stay at Swiss Belsuites again, but do not want to deal with this receptionist again.

we had such a good stay BUT, there is parking but you are not guarunteed a parking spot. so we had to park at whole different building parking lot and walk a while to the hotel. and the air conditioning starting tripping a ton of water. otherwise everything was great!

Walked to harbour and CBD every day we stayed, very comfortable, the young women in reception were very friedly and helpful. We enjoyed having fresh fruit each day.

Have stayed a number of times because they let us bring our dog. Great location, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Apartments are roomy, clean, comfortable. Would be nice to have Sky sport for the price paid for the rooms.

We has a great stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and being able to wash and dry our clothes was a bonus.
The staff were comminicative efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We got upgraded to the Penthouse suite on the top floor so we had so much room and superb views. Ckeck in was aclittle difficult as there wasn't any where to pull in, with your car. But other than that, great.
