We spent three nights there and absolutely loved it. Our experience was fantastic, and we appreciated everything about the place. Although it isn't new, they have done a great job maintaining it. The service was excellent. We originally booked for five people but changed our reservation at the last minute. We informed the staff, so I only paid for the four of us and kept the same family room I booked. It is very convenient and closer to the Splash Planet. I recommend this hotel to anyone planning to go for a holiday in Hasting.

The bathroom had mould in the corner edge of spa and dirt on skirtings in bathroom a few holes in the wall by the door and by TV one was patched up the other one by the door was not the table outside where we could sit was rusted and deteriorating broken around edges of table and sharp. We were meant to just have a queen bed in our room I did ask for two singles they were nice enough to add a single bed so we had a queen and single no extra charge which was nice.

Wet black dust on the ranch sliders, Bathroom needed some love, tacks in the carpet hidden by a mat over it, internet to slow, the heat pump remote would work properly, skirting boards needed dusting. The bed was comfy and the linen was nice. Would not stay here again.

Fridge Freeze Box covered in ice, Door would not shut, TV not good with very little Selection of Chanels, Wires hanging down from tv which was not connected, Water around Kitchen floor from fridge, Bathroom needs attention around the Shower Area, Needs People who can run it properly, lack of room service.

I had a terrible nights sleep by being woken by the sound of an alarm going off from 5am all morning repeatedly from the room next door, paper thin walls and I thought the phone had been left inside my room and I started looking for it (that’s how thin the walls were). Will definitely be staying elsewhere in future.
