My experience at Aveon Hotel was amazing from start to finish. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The amenities exceeded expectations, and everything was well organized and clean. I truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and great customer service it made my stay feel like home. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to return on my next visit!

The hotel needs a lot of work; elevator not working, restaurant meal not standard, wall paper in the hallway peeling off, security is very basic. The safe in the room not working, no change of bed spread throughout the 4 days I was there.

Decent room but so many other things not good. WiFi slow! Over 40 minutes waiting for two drinks to arrive (we gave up!) People openly rolling then smoking cannabis around the pool with staff ignoring People knocking at door at 0200 then reception not dealing (we got no sleep!) Breakfast was nothing like pictures (think basic!) VIP rewards with hotels.com booking ignored Overall, not a good place to stay so avoid!!!

Room was clean, tidy, spacious and very welcoming. Enjoyable stay however, the hotel did lack food and drink options. Staff were friendly, however service was very slow and not what would be expected from a hotel that could offer so much more.

The hotel is too far from the city! we had to checkout today and find for a suitable hotel inside the city! we used to walk for 1km to get a taxi to town which takes about 20min to get there! The hotel is suitable for guest with cars!

The management of the hotel wasn't great. I arrived by 4pm (2hours after check-in time of 2.00pm) but the room wasn't ready so I had to wait for it to be cleaned. 2. The AC remote did work throughout my stay and they tried but couldn't fix it. 3. It was a struggle use room door key to open the door wheneverI go out. 4. The WiFi didn’t work throughout my stay. They tried but couldn't fix it despite moving me to another nicer room 5. There were no glasses for drinking water/juice in the hotel for drinks purchased outside. They only had plastic/paper cups My overall experience wasn't great

Overall ok experience - front desk was receptive and supportive to helping to resolve queries and the facilities were ok. Could do further work on the menu i.e limited food options for breakfast, delay in having to cook to order and no soft drinks or juices and there were often items not available. Also any work needed to be done in the room should be done before guests arrive.
