Secure, clean, and the staff was very attentive and thourough. The laundry and restaurant were top flight.

The male staff were extremely professional and helpful. The front desk staff of women were not friendly. Almost as if they did not like that i was staying there. They whispered and giggled everytime I walked by like some children.

Rooms are smaller than what they advertise and the room I was in at lease has water damage and smelled like mold. I guess it’s good for a hold over but not long term

Very clean and good staff

There are 2 hotels within the same vicinity. I wasn't given the one that is advertised on Expedia. Still, good location. Decent size rooms. Ok in price. Food and drinks were fairly expensive, giving the location. Worst thing was the smell in the rooms. I moved from one room to another. It was the same. Bathrooms were extremely slimy. Definitely never been washed. Whole room stank after a shower. Sewage? Unsure. Never disinfected. I watched housekeeping. He was in and out of bathroom in 4 seconds. Believe me, 4 seconds. Not just once. Throughout my stay. I felt stuck, not knowing what to do and after 11 days, got help and moved out. Welcome was absent from reception to room. In such a warm country, no drinking water in the rooms. Everything has to be bought. No glasses to drink with. Please dont let them tell you there is a gym. So-called complimentary breakfast is decent but no flexibility around what you can have. Tap in bathroom is a serious heath hazard. Wifi is between nonexistent and nonfunctional. Shame, as the corridors are lovely.

Engish Breakfast was interesting. 3 slices of warm bread and an omlette, and coffee. The advert for the hotel was an old one, and did not reflect exactly what you got at your stay i.e. no tea and coffee facilities in the room, although the staff did find me a kettle. Staff are amazing.

Great place, Great Staff, Great Food, and Great time!!!

The place is okay, they can use new bed sheets and towels. Breakfast came an hour and half late and no apologies. Not as close to the airport as it sounded.
