Radisson Blu Lagos Ikeja Hotel

Hotel was crowded during weekend, wait time for elevator was about 5-10 minutes.

Clean and spacious room. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

My friend booked rooms for a wedding and they delayed her check in by almost two hours. Giving her the wrong room initially. Mind you that is NOT what she paid for. They almost didn’t give her the room she initially booked. But she had to argue and yell before getting it. Why should that have been the case ? They also told her she could take pictures in the lobby for her bridal pictures. They quoted her one price and then the day of increased it by double. The TV was not a smart TV and the remote control had issues. Which is crazy because a hotel I paid way way way less for had a fully functioning smart TV. There are nicer hotels in the immediate area that are equally as nice and you spend way way less money for. The only good thing this place has going for them is the nice lobby area. But if you can over look that. I advise you book somewhere else and save your money.

Spotless clean room. High end escape with room service and amenities

The room was as pictured, lovely space and the bathroom is quite large. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

The staff were very rude and inconsiderate. They harrased the hell out of my husband and I on our wedding day. Even after paying extra fees for taking pictures within the hotel, they told us not to use a space because taking photos was booked last minute even after booking 2 rooms and paying extra fees for staying past check out time. We were terribly embarrassed (my husband and I) on our day of joy. There was no robe or iron in the rooms that we booked even after paying $989 for only a night. Our photographer and videographer were put out of their picture area while taking our pictures with a lot of talking back and arguments from the staff. We were apologizing for just a picture to be taken and we were told no and walked us out of the space.

From check in to check out, the experience was outstanding. The staff were professional and delivered services in a timely and friendly manner. I am already looking forward to staying at this amazing hotel again soon.

Beautiful hotel and staff are extremely nice and attentive.

Spa was amazing! Friendly and service was 5 star!. I used the nail bar and had my eyebrows done. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the service in the top bar was hit and miss, unless you went to see the bar staff they never asked if you needed anything, until you complain about it several times. They don't carry all the wines that are on the menu. Buffet choices are good and the food was tasty. Communal areas were all very clean and comfortable. Only certain credit card machines take foreign cards, so you have to ask for it as they always bring the local one to take the transaction, even though you have used the foreign one each and every time before. No contactless.

great experience, quiet room, good staff

Overall staff was nice but the pictures on Expedia was not what we go when we got there to are room! We did complain to Addison blu but was told since we book thru Expedia there was nothing they could do! Staff would clean the room and not change the sheets! How we would know because my son wasted juice on the sheets and when we came back the room was clean and the same juice sheets was still on the bed made! Of course I called and someone came back and made the bed over! Just was an okay experience I guess. I wouldn’t stay their again tho with the room I was given!

Utensil in room at time of check-in was dirty, internet doesn't work even with the access code I was given, no breakfast for over $500 I paid for two nights, restaurants are overpriced. Nothing to ride home about. There is better service elsewhere.

Great experience...Would book again

I have stayed here many times, but I felt the standard had dropped a bit, food not as nice, limited choice, not as welcoming as I have found it in previous visits, and the facilities and rooms starting to feel tired.

Many items in need of repair but a very helpful and pleasant staff
