Our stay at Anker Brygge was amazing The space was larger than expected with everything we needed for a cosy, warm and comfortable stay Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of hot and cold and healthy options Location was close to the centre of town but also very close to some incredible hiking trails The staff were probably the kindest and most helpful that we encountered on our 6 week travels. Going above and beyond with genuine care and enthusiasm to ensure that we as guests and tourists had all our needs met Thank you so much to the Anker Brygge team for making our stay so warm and wonderful

We had a lovely stay in our junior suite, room 212, the view was fantastic watching the Hurtigruten coming and going and the whole of the harbour. The staff were absolutely amazing especially when our taxi didn’t turn up to take us to the airport for our return flight. The hotel reception allowed one of their staff to drive us to the airport thus reducing the stress we were experiencing

Location was conveniently walkable to the meeting point for trollfjord cruise. Good view from the property. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was very tight. However, we got the last spot.

We had a wonderful stay! Starting our trip in an authentic rurbruer was great for our family. Our room was cozy and plenty of space for everyone. My only complaints are there are no blackout curtains (we were there during the midnight sun so sleep masks are necessary), and there wasn’t a lot of hot water for showers. Our family of 5 could not all shower fast enough to get warm showers. Everything else was great.

I stayed for 1 night and found the accommodation satisfactory for that time, I am not sure I'd want to stay longer. I thought the cabin was a little tired looking and could do with some updates. I stayed in much nicer places elsewhere in Lofoten. Breakfast was OK although the coffee machine was broken. The location was good though.

We like the fact that it was a self-contained cabin -it was very comfortable, homely and above all quiet with a spectacular views all around it. The staff in the front office were very welcoming and helpful. If we visit this area in the future, we will certainly stay there and recommend it to our friends.. what?

Amazing cosy, warm and comfortable cabin with fantastic views. Couldn’t have asked for more!! Great breakfast in the morning and I loved the waffles! Great staff, every one I met had a smile and very very helpful. Thanks to the reception staff in particular who reassured me when I was a day late arriving due to bad weather and helped the day I was leaving by extending my departure time. Great from start to finish. Loved my stay here

Property overbooked the night of our stay. We booked a two story suite with three beds on the water but we were given keys to a small one story apt with one bed overlooking the parking lot. Not even remotely close to what we paid for. The room was also located very close to the bar which was open till 2 AM and had karaoke (extremely loud). We questioned the room and they acknowledged we were in the wrong room but couldn't be moved. They offered a bottle of wine to make up for it which we declined. Asked for a partial refund instead and they said we would have to request it from Expedia. The hotel ignored Expedias calls until after we checked out. Then after we were gone they finally answered and told Expedia they would not approve the partial refund. Horrible experience. We are now going through our credit cards dispute process.

Anker Brygge is perfectly situated in the middle of town, with lots of outdoor tables for enjoying the harbor views. The cabins have been tastefully preserved with antique fixtures while also having all the modern amenities. I was particularly thankful for the reception staff who helped us quickly secure transport to the airport when other options were not available. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious!
