Absolutely phenomenal location in the heart of Bergen. less than a minute walk from Bryggen and right beside the Fløyen funicular. Must admit I popped around the corner for hotdogs in trekroneren a few times too. As soon as I arrived to check in the woman on the desk was very friendly. Was fortunate to get a room upgrade when I arrived and had a view out the front of the hotel towards the city.
The room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel, and the bed was very comfortable. The room I was in was a twin but it was a bit cramped and I found it hard to find space to move around and pack/unpack, would have been great as a single room. Had everything I needed though including kettle, hairdrier, mini fridge, and safe.

Fantastically located hotel, right on the edge of Bryggen and a great price for that location. The economy rooms are “compact” but comfortable bed - just a little warm, as the heating controls didn’t seem to do anything and I ended up having the window open (it was 11-14 degrees during my trip!) Breakfast a very good choice of options

A great located hotel with super friendly staff- great breakfast buffet .
Close to all the local amenities shops restaurants and 1 minute from the funicular .
The rooms although compact are perfectly appointed with all the amenities required with some space saving devices

Exceptional small hotel with clean, comfortable and cleverly designed rooms. Conveniently located near public transport and within easy walking distance of everything in Bergen city centre. The staff were great and the breakfast, as many have said, was fabulous! Highly recommended.
