Great place to stay

Excellent service, very friendly staff! Food was wonderful! The description said a light meal, but it was awesome!

Hotel was great. Staff friendly and polite. Food was really lovely. The evening buffet was all healthy salads and whole foods. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff left a present in the room as it was my daughter’s birthday during our stay. Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Expedia failed to tell you something. This is a half board hotel, meaning breakfast and dinner are included. I was pleasantly surprised. This is probably my favorite hotel of all time. I can’t tell you how fantastic it is. The beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds ever. The bedding is top grade. All the employees were fantastic except one. They do have one awful younger woman who works during the day. She has blinding hair. All others were fantastic. The food was delicious! I was shocked, even their Mexican food (dinner changes daily) was great! I’m from Texas, but now live in New England. The Mexican food in New England is terrible. Oslo has beaten New England in Mexican cuisine lol We will definitely stay here again. You should definitely stay here!

Perfect for a city break. Food was great.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was great- a fantastic option in a city as expensive as Oslo. The deluxe room had plenty of space in the bedroom itself, less so in the bathroom but excellent value. Within short walk of trams/buses/ferries to all the main sites. Central location but quiet street. 10 minute walk from station made it an easy trip to/from the airport. We would certainly return here if we were to visit Oslo again.

The ladies who prepared the meals are amazing. The room superior room was small and didn’t have a view. No one cleaned the room or provided fresh towels. Had to pick up at the front desk. Nice location

Exceptional reception staff, beautiful room and amazing complimentary food.

The hotel was in walking distance of the downtown area and waterfront. Great view from our room, too. Spacious, clean, and very well kept. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Best part was the free breakfasts and light dinners. Amazing fresh and delicious meals!

Wenloved our stay in Oslo because of our nice hotel, Clarion! All staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Shout out to Via, and the others we met there! We were upgraded to a bigger room. The hotel is also safe and clean. Loved the delicious breakfast and dinner. We will stay here again!

First room had no hot water, second room was old and bathroom flooded after a bath, then my foot was injured due to a nail sticking out of the floor!! Disaster. No compassion shown to me at all! Very negligent. No compensation.

Hotel staff were great. The hitel was very close to the teain. Bus and tram stations.

The Hotel is close to the central train station, however it is on the same street as a red light district and you may encounter outdoor sex workers at night when travelling to the hotel. The front entrance has stairs and you will have to carry your luggage both directions and possibly on your room floor because parts of the building are not level across one floor. We arrived around 9PM and our "superior" room was given away even though it was confirmed through Hotels.com, but we were offered a tiny dark room with horrible mattress and a huge crack running across the tile bathroom floor. The window was covered so you could not see out, and the window would only open about an inch, probably to keep rain and birds out. One light was burnt out and made it extremely dark. Our travelling companions arrived earlier and got their "superior" room - it was indeed much nicer than what we got. The floor space in our room was so small we could barely open our suitcases and get to and from the door. They offered complimentary dinner and breakfast, and both were excellent.
