Stayed for 4 nights. Very central location! Convenient to get to from the airport using public transport if you had just handbags. Found out later that there is a Bus that goes from outside the hotel directly to the airport. Would be useful if it’s on the booking website. A big plus point! Didn’t try breakfast. Bar was good. Served snacks etc but food service stopped at 2100 hrs. So you were stuck for food. Room “ looked “ clean but hadn’t had a thorough cleaning! Daily routine was superficially clean but if a tissue or something was left on the corner it was not cleaned out by the cleaner.

The hotel was wonderful, staff friendly and helpful and the rooftop bar scenic. Close to several amenities just in walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff issues; reception, despite this my 3rd stay with them this year, and multiple stays the past couple of years - there is NEVER a 'Welcome back'. Yes I booked via Hotel.com but I always have to ask them to link my reservation to the Radisson App. NEVER have they said it which it's such a simple thing to do and costs them nothing. Order breakfast room service for 06:30am. No sign, had to leave for airport. Mentioned at reception who told me it can take 30mins. That's fine, but her attitude was horrible. She waked off disgruntled into the breakfast area to cancel my order. How I would have handled that would have been apologetic + offer to give me something to go quickly. Breakfast; on more than a few occassions now the friend eggs have been stone cold. I mentioned it to a staff member who said he would let the kitchen no, but proceeded to clean off some tables and reset them, then wak around the area as if I said absolutely nothing. Just to note the breakfast area is massive, and there were only a handful of tables, so not necessary to clean the table and reset it first, never mind walk from one end to another. I ended up having to say it to another staff member who informed the kitchen. The food menu in the restaurant needs updating. It's pretty awful to be honest - I rarely eat there.

The hotel was easy to find and is up near the Palace & Gardens, so very close to The National Theatre Station, which made getting around very quick and easy. There is also a tram stop on one side of the hotel and a bus stop on the other. The room was lovely, large and clean. We used the sauna most evenings but the pool was a too cold to stay in for long. It was a shame that the saunas were separate not mixed and the ladies changing room is quite small (the gents is much bigger so if you have a family with children send them in with their dad to get changed). Breakfast was good, with a varied selection of cooked, fresh and traditional foods, including a whole gluten free section. All staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the hotel. Please note: Reception told us that we could get the Oslo Pass from the shop attached to the hotel, any 7 Eleven Shop or The Tourist Information Center from Central Station. This is not correct, it is now an app which you can easily install and activate anywhere on your smart phone. You can however, get a phyicial ticket, if you dont have a smart phone, but only from the central station tourist information centre. We loved our stay here and would stay again Thank you

The room itself was spacious and clean, with a nice view over northern Oslo, which was definitely a highlight. Housekeeping standards were good and everything felt well maintained. Comfort-wise, the room was okay but not exceptional, especially considering the price point. While the size and view were appreciated, the overall experience didn’t fully match the premium New Year’s Eve rate.
