Great location in Frederikstad city center. Very helpful and gracious staff. Room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast buffet was great! Lots of variety and choices. Around the corner from the buss station if you need to catch a flight from Oslo airport. Very convenient. Enjoyed our one night stay. Highly recommended.

Parking was full so despite being disabled we had to unload at the door and park offsite at extra cost. Pet rooms weren’t available but we were given a room on the top floor. We had a small balcony so were able to leave that open to keep room cool. We had a fridge, good beds and pillows.

The location of the property was really great - we could walk to everything we wanted to see. Unfortunately we had to park a few blocks away from the hotel but that was really the only downside. The room was very spacious and the front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

The staff was great. The communication when booking online was not current. They only had 8 parking spots, so we had to park away and pay additional amount of over $100 CDN for one overnighter. I had to download another app to do this. Apparently I had not pre-booked a parking spot. I remember setting my filter for parking when setting up the room. Tbe hotel also failed to mention they were going thru renovations so there was scaffolding all around the building and early morning workers banging around. Their saving factor was an excellent breakfast buffet - of course you pay extra for this as well. I had no issues with staff. The room was clean and spacious, however there was a low humming of some air exchanger or similar running all night which I found irritating, so I didn't sleep well. Maybe I am just ready for my own bed.

Hotellet er under renovering, noe som ikke ble opplyst om noe sted. Klokken 7-8 om morgenen begynte bygningsarbeiderne å lage et voldsomt spetakkel både ved arbeid på stillasene rett utenfor rommet og ved å drille i murveggene. Noe ingen mennesker klarer å sove seg igjennom. Hadde jeg visst dette hadde vi bodd et annet sted.

Ved innsjekk hadde de ikke fått med seg at vi hadde med hund (!) til tross for at jeg hadde skrevet det på bestillingen! Fikk rom i 5.etg, ok rom men bare stillaser utenfor vinduet pga renovering av eksteriøret. Irriterende at tv’n ikke kunne vendes mot senga - den kunne bare sees på fra stolene!
