We arrived and were so kindly welcomed by Pernille and her assistant. Hotel parking was full but we were able to park right outside the door. Pernille made sure our stay was even more than we expected both with our room and helping us around the area. Our view was over the water and that was special. The rooms are small & efficient. You are near the marina and a shopping center too. It was a quiet place made even more special by the Pernille. We enjoyed danish, tea, & cappuccino were available for our enjoyment. We gladly recommend this hotel.

It was amazing, the staffs at the reception was very friendly. They gave good information for our enquires. Food was also very good , with a variety number of it.

The toilet was not cleaned properly, it was clear evidence of previous use so not the best first impression. The staff was nice and helpful but we only saw one person on each shift which was odd and they seemingly ran the front desk and the breakfast/kitchen by themselves. No housekeeping in the weekend so we had to ask reception for towels/ toilet paper etc when we needed more.

Stayed here with my wife and 15yr old son in a very good sized room. Had a mini fridge in the room which was rare in all the hotels we stayed in on our road-trip around Norway. But v handy to chill beers from the supermarket! Basic hotel but had everything we needed. Breakfast buffet was v good and not a bad choice, including fresh salmon. Location was close to the centre and harbour area. We parked our hire car in the supermarket car park almost next door, although there is also free street parking between 7pm - 8am. Overall, I’d stay there again.

This hotel is conveniently located in the city center of Kristiansund. Restaurants are nearby as well as a shopping center and grocery store. The breakfast was amazing , the bed was comfortable and the view to the harbor was nice (except for the salt-water covered windows , which I’m sure are very difficult to maintain).

The staff was very nice. The hotel was pretty disappointing. My room and window was next to the loading dock for the coop next door. Every morning at 05:30 and evening until 20:30 hours deliveries were made. It was very loud and would wake me up. Also the bathroom was not useable for someone over 6 feet or 183 centimeters. Taller people are not able to properly use the toilet. The staff was kind but the hotel was disappointing for a Thon partner hotel. Would definitely not stay there again.

Nice hotel , perfect breakfast, good service and bed. But a lot of noise from the street. We had a room looking at the stairs down to the sea. Everyone coming from the bars was walking and screaming there. And it was to hot at the room to close the window. No air conditioner!

Having stayed at a number of Thon hotels across Norway this one is not the same standard. Whilst the staff were very good, friendly and helpful the building itself is in need of some TLC. The room we were appointed was not clean but we were immediately given another, slightly larger room when we complained. (Both had great harbour views as paid for). The breakfast was very simple (not usual Thon standard of the last few years at least) and the breakfast room so small that guests are asked to book a 30 minute slot upon arrival (Covid 19 distancing rules have no chance here!). The hotel is in a great position central i Kr'sund, and we were lucky enough to get a parking space in their small cellar carpark, Kr100 pr night. We had a good stay and would go back, but hopefully after some modernisation.
